Ryder Last Mile delivery - My package arrived at there Conway site on May 30. They were to contact me in 3 to 5 day but after 6 days I contacted them. I was told they had no delivery dates. I questioned they had NO!!! delivery dates and they responded they had NO dates and someone would get back to us in 24 to 48 hours. It is now day 11 since Ryder received our package and we still have no delivery date even thought its been 72 hours since we were told we would be contact in 24 to 48 hours. If you can control your delivery, I suggest you not use Ryder. I have never dealt with a company move unresponsive the Ryder, no assistance just we have no dates goodby.

I was told by RCC rider corporation repair and warranty work to take my trailer to this location and drop it there that they were going to open and take it to have my tire replaced because it was in need of at least one if not two tires on my trailer they didn’t call my company and threaten to have my trailer towed because they could not work on it for a week they weren’t gonna touch it and they didn’t care they called the corporate rider location specifically said to take it there and it will get fixed at that location it’s not appropriate to have a location disobey the direct order of their higher superiors in the upper corporate offices and then call the leasing company or the company who releases the equipment and threaten to have the Quitman towed because they don’t want it there and they can’t Can’t fix it it is sad to be honest with you when I arrive to pick up the trailer there was more than adequate parking to the trailer can sit there until they could fix it but alas ignorance and Dan attitude for Bale when good people need help putting the contract for the lease equipment

i though this fast food chain could be better than mac donladle but its not its better than sears but thats it but i am still a supporter
