The men that delivered my wheelchair were very courteous & nice. They made sure that my chair was at the right level because he noticed that my old wheelchair was at a lower level than my new one so he went outside to adjust the wheelchair that was very nice of him.

The Technician came today to checkout the problem of the air mattress. He regulated the bed and my mom is resting good. The filter was cleaned and the bed was adjusted to her weight and she is happy. Thanks for your service, great job . 5

My recent experience with Reliable Medical in Conway was very pleasant. Stacy was very helpful in helping me navigate through the process of getting my New CPAP machine through Medicare system. Everyone at this facility was helpful and courteous. All of the delays were attributed to my doctor's office not getting paperwork done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Reliable Medical for All medical equipment needs.

The doctor's order was received one day and the very next day the equipment was delivered by a very capable and pleasant man.Kudos to everyone from the office. GINA who was very understanding to Angel Torres who set up the equipment- rollator - and explained everything to me. He was very nice and capable.

Very professional and courteous. Always very informative and solid communication. The company contacted me in a reasonable time to pickup medical equipment and were very communicative through the whole process about scheduling date and calling when they were on their way.

Keep being told that they are short staffed. I have left numerous voicemails asking to speak to the manager and apparently it's falling on deaf ears because I've yet to receive a call back.If you need your medical equipment promptly, I highly suggest going somewhere else. 3 weeks and I've yet to receive my wheelchair.

my personalized therapist was excellent. she was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional and caring. she did everything she could to help me and even came to me due to me being in a wheelchair. this company is soooo much better than who i was with. i know i'm going to enjoy working with her. thank you!
