I made an appointment, showed up on time, got a text to come in and was taken in about a minute. The technician was extremely pleasant and I was on my way in no time.

Very quick and professional. Lots of reviews say they were rude but that was not my experience. I've had labs done in Conway office twice and had no issues. Wait is not long if you schedule an appointment. Not sure about just walking in. Phlebotomists were friendlt and the blood draw was gentle and quick.

Had to go and get some blood drawn and a urine test done. I was in/out in no time. FYI- it helps if you make an appointment prior to just walking in-to avoid any wait time. Fast and courteous staff!
