I ordered 2 PODs containers for a full house move.
With the empty container delivery, I had one good delivery driver and one who couldn't use the remote. With the full container delivery, the first driver tried to back truck with the POD together into my driveway and missed. He sunk into the edge of the ditch, cracked the retaining wall and cracked the edge of my driveway. The second driver saw the damage and agreed the tire marks were from a PODs Truck. The second driver parked on the street and used the remote to place the POD perfectly. He also gave me the supervisors name and I called, no answer, left a message and I'm still waiting on a call back to resolve the issue a month later.

Local company was more willing to be flexible and get the POD done then corp. office who you could bearly understand. The local Conway location on Allied Rd. were very friendly and attentive to our immediate needs and not giving excuses like home office did. I rated them a 5 stars A+ versus corp no stars and negative if I could. Call local instead. They were quick and responsive.

We had a wonderful experience with PODS. Our driver that dropped off and Picked up our POD was so nice to work with. He had such a nice and kind demeanor and was very informative. If you get to work with Phil Burns you will be very happy with your service. Filling up your POD at your leisure is very nice and then it is delivered to your new place and then you can unload at your time. Great experience!

Very disappointed ☹️ tide hole day up with delays and then did not come came 2 days later with delays and delivered a damaged Pod came back 2 hours later didn’t put it where I wanted and told me that what a great job he was doing for me and that he needed to get home

The Driver Lonnie was a true professional. Helpful with any questions we had. Quickly had the unit placed and left no traces of him being here. Great friendly service all the way around

Great move from start to finish. The people doing the actual work process as well as the order team did great work. Wayne and Greg were real pros. They seemed to really like their work and it showed.

The Ease of Loading and Packing and having my belongings delivered to my new home was wonderful!
HOWEVER, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LACK OF AND THE STRESS THAT PODS PUT ON ME WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEM!!!!

Great company. Met moving deadlines on all parts of the move from PA to South Caroline .
No issues w customer service at all. Drivers who delivered Pods were great. Highly recommended.

They Dropped a PODS Container in a Handicap Parking spot, I mean REALLY??????
Called customer service 8 times and got nowhere. SMH
