The people are what make this place so awesome! They have a nice clean store with a really cool atmosphere and neat items with good deals but I must say from day 1 the people were always great! I will always recommend ?

This stote has gone way down hill! Now this store is big and you would think there is alot of stuff in there,NOPE! This store is almost empty.they have 20 knives in two show cases that are spread out to make it look like its full,lol. Then they treat there customers like crackheads,you take something to pawn and it was 700.00 to buy today they want to give you 50 bucks. .Now the lady who does jewelry rocks,she will try to help you find what you are looking for. I know she does not control pricing so i think she is the best asset they have.

My eyes were initially blinded by the obnoxious blue trim on the outside of the building, however upon entering I was immediately greeted by a scrawny white guy with glasses who goes by "Kyle." He misgendered me, but I will forgive "him." (He wouldn't tell me his pronouns). All in all, they didn't want to buy my lightly used bondage gear, but I was able to sell them my old playstation. 10/10

Confirmed an item to purchase that was advertised yesterday, when I arrived after an hour’s drive was told the item was not available. They then tried to substitute another inferior product in a classic bait and switch. Forget about trusting this place for anything they might say or do, but then it is a pawn shop…

They kicked a older gentleman out the store while I was in there today for not wearing a mask and that really bothered me since masks arent mandated. This is AMERICA not china and I just really hate the world has come to this, stand against communism and support DEMOCRACY FREEWILL will always prevail and I'm just really sad to see your store went there.

Pat is the most disrespectful employee here. I was told to go pay upfront instead of the line I was already in, As he stood around on his phone. I went up front and waited for 10 mins for a different employee having trouble ringing one person up ahead of me. This employee kept asking for help across the room and Pat wouldn't help him only just to yell numbers across the room to type in. Finally, after being brought BACK to the register I was at and being dealt with. Pat makes his way over to tell his fellow employee/boss about his Hour and a half lunch he needs to take. Pat was also dressed in a plain shirt with no signs of even being an employee at this location. I wouldn't even know his name if it wasn't for his fellow employee yelling for help over and over SMH. All other employees had southpawn brand clothing. Wow talk about bad business..

Even though they didn't buy what I was trying to sell they treated me great. I've bought numerous items from them in the past and always love the selection service and prices. Definitely would recommend them for buying just maybe not selling rare and unusual items. Thanks for trying though
