I recently went to this shop for repair work. My vehicle needed a water pump, a timing belt , and emissions work. Patrick and his staff are excellent mechanics and their prices are very fair. In addition to this, repair is explained and all questions are answered. I would definitely use this shop if needed in the future, as well as highly recommend.

horrible place sold me a charger with bad plugs,lights,ac,coil packs,head gasket, bad breaks and rotors.he fixed the ac and plugs and kept the car for weeeeks! do not buy from him he sells lemons polished and oranges all in all hes a manipulative liar and a horrible personService: Air conditioning

Do not go there. Sold me a Salvage car and never disclosed it. I should have seen the red flag when they said they needed to give me the title after. Liars do not Trust. Parker Patrick is a liar and will steal from you. Stay away!!!!Service: Vehicle purchasing

This was a joke. I had reservations for a car trailer. (U-Haul trailer) and when I got there guy told me he couldn't rent it to me because he didn't know how to do the paperwork and the person that normally does it was not there!

I went there with a complaint, described what would recreate the symptom and right off the bat the associate told me he knew what it was and said he would take care of it without hearing the noise. I also had a few other concerns and requests. In the end, the car was never tuly diagnosed but parts were changed. I was charged for wheel balancing and upon my own attempt to diagnose the issue (once I picked the car up), I noticed a bubble in the sidewall of my tire. Had that been noticed, they would not have balanced (and charged me) the tire as the front tires need to be replaced because this is a safety issue. I decided to have the oil changed "while it was there". A new drain plug was put in place and an air filter was changed without any communication but I was charged for it. When I was called to let me know the car was ready to be picked up I confirmed that they heard the noise and he admited to never taking the car to the only road I have found around here to bring out the noise (I'm from a state with much bumpier roads) and that they never actually heard the noise before assuming what it was and changed parts.I left the shop and headed to the road that would confirm my suspicions... CLUNK! I just paid a shop to fix something that wasn't fixed, charged me for items that weren't confirmed with me. I just got a $340 oil change! Now after 2 attempts to contact them to get a refund (see their 14 day labor guarantee on their website) there has been no attempt to contact me and make this right.I am now out $340 and still have the problem that needs to be addressed.
