Initial response took 4 days to hear back from somebody. I was then interested in two different vehicles. Both of which are still on the lot. Their initial offer was less than $1000 off where I wanted to be price wise. No negotiation have followed since. This is not a car dealership, this is a car collector company as they'd rather have a car sit on their lot (for 7 weeks now) than even attempt to make a deal.

I highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know. From purchasing my vehicle in 2019 to maintenence service to the body shop, I have been treated like family. I recently had my car repaired for a fender bender I the body shop. My SUV looks brand new! Not only did they repair it they washed and detailed it! Including repairing a scratch with a little paint on a different part of the car! Satisfactory 100%

Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for my Silverado. As always, my vehicle was taken back at the appointment time and returned to me at the prescribed time. When one of our fleet vehicles broke down in the morning, Palmetto rushed to pick it up and take it to the shop. Before lunch I got the phone call that it was fixed and ready to go.

I just happened to be driving by this dealership when an engine lite started blinking so I pulled in. On a Friday at 3:30 pm Tiffany potter , in the service department got me right in, scanned my truck and took care if us like I was her kin folk!! Absolutely amazing care and service above and beyond the call of duty. The service manager was also top notch, I believe his name was Steven. Please forgive me sir I'm horrible with remembering names sir. I don't live in this town, have never even been to this chevy dealership, and they took absolutely amazing care of me and my vehicle. I will definitely be taking my buisness here because of the amazing care and understanding I received from Tiffany potter and her service manager!!! Thank you all soo much for making a bad day get better.??

Johnny Collins was personable and professional in my dealings with him . The used car Manager I’m sorry I don’t remember his name was also friendly and professional. Very happy with my purchase . Mike Clardy was also very helpful and professional.

Took my truck here for torque converter waited a month to get it back just for it to be pouring transmission fluid and now everytime I call you can’t even understand the mechanic when he talks and he tells me the same thing over and over I will never come back here once I get my truck back idk how they are even still open very very unprofessional they do not care about you at all just money hungry and mechanic will lie and lie to you every time you call if there was a zero stars I’d defiantly give it ZERO
