I don't know if this employee was having a bad day or what. But I literally just came in asking questions about a bulb installation which this place does. Immediately the guy asked me in a very rude way, why I didn't just do it myself after I explained that no tools were going to be needed and that the bulb is in an easily accessible spot. I just bought a bulb for $140 and wasn't going to let someone inexperienced with anything car related install such an expensive part no matter how easy (refering to myself). He didn't even really look it! Basically just said no and walked away. He could've taken such a nicer approach to this entire situation but chose to be as rude as possible. I don't know his name but he was an older guy with light and dark gray hair...

The employees were knowledgeable and super helpful. When I asked about a part, instead of telling me where it is the guy went and got it for me which I don’t feel we see much now a days.

Hey there! So I recently visited this parts store and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed with the level of expertise from the employees. It seemed like they were a bit underqualified and didn't have the knowledge needed to run the store smoothly.
