“I was a little uncomfortable going with PODS after reading some of the reviews online. I must say I have been extremely impressed with the service so far. Sam Fresquez at the Conway SC office has been unbelievable in terms of customer service and support. I had requested a last minute pod to be delivered and it was there the next morning. Incredible service and made me feel comfortable with my decision to use PODS. Every single person I have spoken with, the drivers, sales, and customer support have been wonderful to work with. Every step is explained and the cost laid out.”
“Add A Space was great!! Super easy to get started with a unit, easy registration and got a code to enter storage without ever speaking to anyone in person. Unit was clean, no issues and when I was done with the unit after a few months, stopping service was simple and fast!! Great place to use if you need extra storage in the Conway area!”
“Local company was more willing to be flexible and get the POD done then corp. office who you could bearly understand. The local Conway location on Allied Rd. were very friendly and attentive to our immediate needs and not giving excuses like home office did. I rated them a 5 stars A+ versus corp no stars and negative if I could. Call local instead. They were quick and responsive.”

“We used Two Men and a Truck for an in-town move. We had no issues with scheduling despite a relatively short timeline (4-5 days out). The office staff and movers were all polite and efficient. The only minor issue was that they moved the time (to an earlier time) and we had to adjust it back after discovering the change when they called to confirm.
Still, very happy with their services overall.”
