I wrecked my front end and insurance wasnt covering it long story short we were paying out of pocket. I was a nervous wreck not completely certain on why our Jeep Limited was overheating but knew enough that it was more then likely our radiotor. They replaced our radiotor in record speed especially considering the Christmas and New Year's Holiday. I can say without a doubt these people I've never even met due to my car being towed there and then picked up by someone to bring to me. They have earned my trust and I will continue to keep going to this shop. We just moved here from Arkansas and I prayed that I would find a good honest shop and I did. Thank you to the mechanic that got me back on the road and the price was not bad if was very reasonable. If I could give 10 Stars I would. It's hard to find good honest mechanic shops and this one is definitely a good one. My son is a mechanic in Arkansas and he guided me through this headache and my son even was impressed with!!

I would rate them a 0 if I could, I bought a tire and called around to find a local place to mount and balance , Main st car care was the cheapest, but how hard is it to mount and balance a tire? So I went with them, the day i got my truck back my tpm sensor was having issues reading tire pressure, the day after I got my truck back my wheel about fell off my truck, I called and told the lady I was roadside and I wanted her to send a tech, she said " she didn't believe her tech would do that" like I would loosen my own lug nuts and potentially put my family and others life's at risk!!! My tpm sensor clearly damaged gave out , so I took it in, and they said there is nothing they can do about it.. I regret ever going to Main st car care and if you were to ask me I would do my best talking you out of it as well..
