Took my truck to have heater core replaced. Now I don't have any heat and my air conditioner barely works.
this will be my third winter without heat because Ed will not accept responsibility that he did not do the job correctly I spent $2,000 to have Ed mess my truck up. I can only give one star cuz I cannot give a negative star.

THE WORST! I would not recommend ! I went there to change my drive belt. They were nice and friendly but they don’t know what they are doing.He changed the belt and the next day my car started to make a squeaky noise. The belt he put in the first time busted and i had to go back for them to put a new one in. I went to the shop 4 times in one week to get the squeaky noise resolved and they couldn’t fix it. I had to go to another shop called Coastal Car Center in Myrtle Beach and Mr Billy saw the problem right away and fixed it free of charge which was amazing!

Like many others here, we were traveling through and had a breakdown not far from their shop. They assessed our problem quickly and even made a special trip to parts store to get the needed components more quickly than waiting for a delivery! And we needed a specialty part that they searched for, located, and picked up for us! Amazing level of personal dedication to helping us with exactly what we needed. In what could have been a 1/2 day of waiting and repair was handled within 90 minutes! Truly so reassuring on day where we had a lot of travel ahead of us. Thankful for their personal interest and dedication to solving people's problems. I'd be a regular customer if I lived in Conway!

We were traveling from Myrtle beach to Indianapolis and had some car troubles so we came here. Ed went above and beyond for us. Made a stressful time much easier for us. They even fed us watermelon ? I don’t think we will ever forget this stop! They made us feel right at home. Thanks again Ed for helping us so quickly so we can be back on the road! God Bless you!

Lamb automotive is awesome!!!
I was amazed how efficient they are. They had my car done same day with 2 repairs being done. The best thing I loved was how HONEST and REASONABLE they were. Being a woman I have been taken advantage of many times. I highly recommend them to anyone. Very nice people

Being a newcomer to Conway ,I had to find a decent mechanic to service my Buick enclave and my other cars and trucks. Hadwin White is good but can be expensive sometimes. I tried getting estimates to compare before doing any work so everyone I asked for recommendations said go to Lambs. Ed Lamb takes great pride and runs an excellent shop. They are not only great mechanics but usually beat the dealer prices by 50 % ! Lambs is my go to shop for all my vehicles.
