Great experience. From out of town, made appointment on line with ease. Call day before to check order, my order was not in the system, called my Dr's office, and Jesse S, ensured the order was there. When I got to my appointment front desk ladies were very curious and professional. Met Jesse S. and she was wonderful and she remembered speaking to me about my order... Amazing experience! Thank you LabCorp staff Conway!

The most ridiculous check in just to drop off a specimen. You come in walk to a desk they take your orders and then have you go to a machine instead of just taking 1 minute to help you person to person. Then you wait to just be called right back up. On top of their off putting personalities.

Location is incorrect on Google maps. Wasted 20 min looking for the place. Please put up a temporary sign near the street where you are "supposededly located. Waited 45 minutes during "lunch hour" as two people tried to manange. Would NOT recommend.

Called 3 weeks ago to confirm that the Conway Labcorp would be open on Black Friday and was told yes they will be open. Scheduled my son for his 6 month blood work needed for his health issue on that day since he would be home from college which is 5 hours away. Received confirmation when I booked the appointment and another confirmation 2 days before his appointment so he could scan the code upon his arrival and remain in the vehicle until he received a text to walk inside. Got up, woke son up so we could get and head out to his 8 a.m. appointment. We arrive at 7:52 with 2 other vehicle already there waiting. Facility was supposed to have opened at 7:30am but it was completely dark. My son got out of the car because I ould see a sign posted on the door that read " we are temporarily closed". No phone call or email canceling our appointment just a sign on the door which I found very unprofessional, inconsiderateand frustrating that our time was wasted and all could have been avoided

Made reservation on Wednesday before Thanksgiving day. For Friday @ 845am. Arrived this morning at 815am to find a note on door they were closed. Another car came. He also made his appointment on Wed. Thanks for the call Lacorp.

Absolutely fantastic staff! Check in was a breeze, and the phlebotomist, Ashley, was awesome! Usually a hard stick, but she rocked it first try! The star wars stuff in her space was definitely an added bonus to the cool factor!

They have hats! If you don't know what that means, it's not meant for you. It made drug testing so much easier as a woman. The staff was friendly and calm. I listened to them help a few other people and so professional.

I just love Monica~~~ she is really good with drawing blood, I have very small veins and I never even felt the stick, I do use a butterfly, but I HIGHLY recommend her, she is super friendly and great at her job~~~ she is my go to person now...
