Went in for a haircut today and was disappointed. The stylist was kind of rushing the process. Ended up looking halfway done. Had to go to a barber to fix it. Very disappointed ☹️?

I love this salon. Marcella is the bomb and has helped me so much with my hair. She has evened out my color and helped tremendously with the damage and frizz. My hair looks better now than it has in years. The staff is friendly and I'm comfortable everytime I visit. Highly recommend.

My stylist was Tatiana (spelling) .
She spent an entire hour on me and my hair from washing massaging my scalp . Took her time in cutting and shaping the back of my hair and listening to me when I said I did not want the typical pixie cut given to us elderly females …
Final blow out style lasted for days …
Love my style will definitely be going back

Very unprofessional owner. My wife utilize her services. The owner was 45 minutes late showing up. Also, she did not do as my wife requested. I wish I could rate her a 0 star. My wife had to end up going to another salon because her experience here was unbelievable. I witnessed it with my own eyes.Services: Haircut

Beauty doesn't just happen it's made by appointment..I've been going to Renee for about 8-9 years. I've been bringing my kids to her and her only. Roslin has been there for as long as well. They both have huge clientele and very respectful and give you a good cut every time. Salon is always clean and improving not only with interior but her online app is very good, easy to use. She keeps up with trends, if everyone is booked give her a call and she will make it happen

I was nervous going in with a stylist that was new to me. I had long hair and needed a change and an update to the balayage I got at another salon. I was so relieved when I met Sarah. She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was so relieved, excited and so happy with the outcome. She cut it exactly as I asked and the color is amazing. I highly recommend Sarah! I was so nervous going in with a new stylist. My hair was pretty long and I needed a change. I also needed to update my balayage I got a year ago at a different salon. I was beyond relief when I met Sarah. she is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. She did an amazing, awesome job. I love the new look and highly recommend Sarah.

i went in to fix bad hair and came out with the exact same thing, if not, worse. i asked to go from black to red and now it’s black with red roots, she tried convincing me multiple times it was red but it’s not red in any lighting whatsoever. i still don’t know why i paid to get a red scalp and roots. i could have box dyed it better myself at age 18. they were also scrambling to find products for my hair the entire time and the whole experience was super unorganized an an all around mess. not worth the money i spent at all. i could tell she felt bad because she kept asking me if i saw “the red” but we both knew it wasn’t there. she also texted my PERSONAL phone saying i shoudnt leave a bad review when i left the salon “happy.” superrrr weird and inappropriate
