“If you haven't found Grady's Jeweler Store located in the heart of Conway, SC. you have no idea how great customer service can be from a family run establishment. I have been patronizing their business for over a decade and a half because they treat me as a valued customer each and every time i enter their shop. Most of my requests have been for repairs on watches or even eye glasses but they always complete the job within a timely manner with the utmost quality. In an age when corporate establishments take your money and do subpar work as the norm, it's nice to shop at a store that has generational support and a loving touch. I highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs.”
