Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, was great. Our tax pro Avis, was a pleasure to work with and had our returns done in 1 day. We used the drop and go appointment...it was perfect. Will definitely be using them again next tax year.

My mother and I went in to do taxes, we had a scheduled appointment. The lady who was supposed to be helping us refused to help because of a shirt because of I was wearing, and when my mother wanted to ask some questions she brushed us off. Also last year the same lady messed up my mother's taxes, and my mother had to do an amendment. My mother wanted to get it fixed and the lady made excuses and basically rushed us out the door and blew us off. I find this very unprofessional, she was very rude and snooty.

Someone at Jackson Hewitt messed my taxes now I gotta wait 16 weeks to get my taxes that's if they don't audit me for Jackson Hewitt's mistake I was with them for 7 years with no problem till this last year they need to watch who they higher
