In general, the service has been very good. Last night I spent a lot of time trying to watch a NFL football game With the Saints and Denver, it was very broken. The picture kept coming in and out and a little bit of the Spinning circle of death. It was frustrating

We were long time Spectrum customer, but they kept raising the monthly bill for basic cable, we're not sport's people, so we just had basic subscription and Wi-Fi. I went to my local HTC and was able to cut over $120 a month from our bill. Service was easy to get, install technician came out and got everything ready from the outside and another technician came and hooked up TV's and Wi-Fi. Then programmed everything and went over it with us. So far very satisfied and got out first monthly bill. This was not a promotional thing, it's our contract. Be saving over $1600 a year. Highly recommend HTC.

I love HTC. Their employees are right there for you if you have questions or need anything. They are always very courteous. I am 72 and often don’t understand “technical” questions/answers. They take time with me and explain and give me directions on how to set/fix something on my tv and/ or internet patiently and so I can understand. I’ve been with HTC since I moved to Horry County roughly 45 years ago. Once or twice I have been persuaded to change cable, phone services by various in incentives offered by other companies; but I always came back to HTC!!!! I’m here to stay!

The service was absolutely smooth getting everything set up. Brandi White was so polite and helpful in answering all our questions. I have dealt with other cable TV set up and service and would never recommend them. Thank you Brandi for great customer service. Loretta H

I went into the htc office off 701 after the last storm. I was greeted by a pleasant woman to exchanged my router. Came home hooked it up nothing. I emailed customer service in within 15 minutes. Someone was at my house. They checked the outside box which was struck by lightning and within another 20 minutes I was up and running. Wonderful company wouldn’t do business with anyone else.

As a new member we are enjoying all of the benefits of HTC internet. This service is so much better than our previous service from Spectrum.

I simply dropped in to return equipment I no longer needed. The lobby was quite full of others that were instructed to sign names in a notebook displayed on the table. I advised I was there to drop of equipment that I was told I could leave there without a wait. I was rudely told to sign in and wait. I waited 49 minutes only to be told upon my turn that I could have just left the equipment and gone on my way. Very poor customer service

I have only had HTC for a couple of months but so far it has worked flawlessly! Great product!
