Dawn created the most beautiful pendant from 2 rings that I had. She was so helpful with the design and offered ideas I never thought about. The pendant came out better than I could have ever dreamed of. Her professionalism and knowledge were amazing. The entire staff at Gradys is always so friendly and helpful as well.
