They do a great job....however after today I will not be returning. I get one day off a week and had to wait well over a hour. This is crazy. I wasted my morning waiting. Sorry not sorry you need more employees or mention that the wait will be long af!!!! My time is valuable too!
Edit to add...after my pedicure I was asked to wait yet again for my manicure. I then stayed I have been here since 9:45 and I had to listen to how he had been there since 9 with no break or food. And he is short staffed. I am a paying customer. How dare you! You need serious customer service training! You suck! I will never recommend you or go here again!

This was my first time getting my nails done Professional and I'm in love! I got these for my high school graduation and have had them for about a week while traveling and they have not broken like glue on would. The only complaint I have is I made appointment and had to wait a hour past my appointment time.

Had a 5 pm appointment for a manicure. 6 pm still waiting so left. The man at the door kept taking walk in people instead. Rude workers.

I have been going to Friendly’s for 8 years of my life and never have I ever had an issue. Today this lady who looked new ended up charging me $45 to get gel polish done and I never have charged more than $30 for it including getting gel polish removed. This lady argued with me and made me pay $45 so I am beyond disappointed with Friendly Nails.

my mom has been battling cancer for 3 years. we have not been able to have a one on one day in a while. me and my mom planned on coming here to have a good day of pampering. My mom was picking out colors and dropped one of them in the pedicure bowl and the guy very rudely said “one at a time” and started talking to the lady doing my toes. she cut my toe so bad!! even two of them are bleeding. after she got done she asked if i liked them and they were so chunky (i asked for french tips) i said i didn’t like them and she went on about how it was my toe that was too small and that my toenails would look like that either way. she then proceeded to take it off and was clearly upset i didn’t like them. after i told her to just remove it and she didn’t have to do anything else she felt she needed to be nice and started suggesting colors. ive never had a bad experience i’ve been coming here with my mom and grandma since i was a child!! but this is unacceptable behavior. will never be returning back.

Quick and absolutely reasonable. I ran in the last minute and needed a quick fill, in a short amout of time. The technician (Tommy) wasn't only quick, but did a phenomenal job!! Went there for girlfriend and nails looked like absolute buns. Told them wrong color and size and did not care. Will not be back and wouldnt recommend if they have them to me for free. Been better off getting dollar general nails
