But we got lucky and it was a slow day and we were even luckier to get such a helpful and genuinely great person to help us. His name was Mike and if his employers happen to see this, then Mr. Mike deserves a raise. He was extremely helpful, funny, charismatic and more than willing to make time to have it done by the time they close to go above and beyond.
