WAS EXCITED TO TRY THEM OUT ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT IF YOU HAVE A TIRE PRESSURE SENSOR, THEY DON'T HAVE THE "MACHINE" TO CORRECT THAT FOR YOU AFTER THEY PUT NEW TIRES ON. WAS TOLD THAT THEY DON'T DO THAT AND I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO A BIGGER COMPANY IN ORDER TO HAVE THAT DONE. THIS WAS AFTER I HAD THEM INSTALL THE TIRES AND HAD ISSUES WITH LOSING AIR AND THE LIGHT FOR THE TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MENTIONED UP FRONT, FIRST AND FOREMOST. BUT THEN IF YOU GOOGLE IT, IT IS A SIMPLE MANUAL WAY TO DO IT THAT DOESN'T REQUIRE ANY MACHINE. THAT IS SCARY THAT THEY DO NOT FOREWARN YOU ABOUT THAT; BUT EVEN SCARIER THAT THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO A SIMPLE TASK THAT ANYONE COULD LOOK UP. BAD BUSINESS. THEN WHEN I CALLED AFTER HAVING ISSUES WITH THE 2 VANS THAT I HAD 6 BRAND NEW TIRES INSTALLED, SHE TRIED TO PLAY IT OFF THAT THE WEATHER WILL CAUSE THEM TO LOSE PRESSURE. TIRES ARE AN ESSENTIAL PART OF DRIVING A VEHICLE. NOT TO MENTION THAT SO MANY PEOPLE MAKE A LIVING AND TRANSPORT KIDS, LOVED ONES. DANGEROUS TO PLAY WITH. THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH HAVING TO PUT AIR IN THE TIRES AND I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO ASK AFTER WE HAVE AN ISSUE. AS THE OWNER THAT'S ON YOU FOR NOT DISCLOSING THAT YOU CAN'T PERFORM CERTAIN THINGS FOR A SIMPLE TIRE CHANGE. SO DON'T COME AT ME SAYING I WAS SNARKY ABOUT IT WHEN YOU CREATED THE SITUATION TO BEGIN WITH.

Unfortunately I feel like we were either taken advantage of or they had a technician handling our install who has not been trained or supervised properly. My mom and I arrived with her vehicle and after 4 tires were installed we went about 20 mins down the road, went into the library for a bit, and came out to one of the brand new tires flat. When we called the shop immediately they said we would have to pay for our vehicle to be towed back to their shop. Luckily for them and us I called my husband and dad who drove 45 mins away from their job site to rescue us and they pumped up the tire and followed us back to DG tires. They also noticed one of the new tires was installed on the donut rim and not the regular rim we had showed DG tires in the trunk that was suppsoed to have the new tire installed on it- obviously my mom and I should of caught that but we just don't usually handle the maintenance on our vehicles- our husband's always do but they have been busy and asked us to just take it for new tires. We also had my young daughter and nephew with us that day so we were distracted and based on our conversation with the owner in the office we felt very comfortable with the shop and trusted her techs' work. I'm not sure if it's because we were 2 friendly women and they didnt feel like they wpuld be called out for the shortcuts that were taken or if this shop just had a very off day but please be aware and diligent to check on your vehicle before you leave and learn from our mistake. We will not use or recommend this shop
