As a first time visitor I guess I picked the wrong lane. The middle lane touch screen was difficult to navigate (it didn't respond or was very slow to respond to choices). And the basic $11 wash option that I tried to choose 3 times, came up as unavailable as chosen....whatever that means. I ultimately had to choose the next option at $16 which included wax, sealer, tire treatments I didn't want. Other than that, the wash was thorough.

Would be better off being an automatic wash, employees were no where to be found. When she did come out barley had time to wet my rear wheel. Don't expect much more than a basic automatic wash.

First time use and worth another visit. The price of $16+ to have my car washed plus vacuum, mat wash, compressed air and windshield fluid and towels and great value.

Courtney was great, I was having problems where you pay, then I have plastic mats and she took them around and sprayed themThe only thing that does upset me is that only 1 mat washer is working so you have to wait, and the 2 thing is that my husband drives to Florence every day and the bugs are bad, I usually have to completely rewash the front of the truck, and where I pulled up to today someone has broken the sprayer so I had to soak a rag and try and get off what I could that way, I did bring it to the boy that was out there attention and he said they have some on order

I do not really have anything negative or positive to say about dietrichs other than you get what you pay for I believe the subscription for the car wash there is $32 a month and that comes with one car wash a day and unlimited vacuuming or whatever else you need to do there but you can only go through the car wash one time a day and I honestly enjoy that because I'm getting a little older and those days of keeping the car sparkling clean and scrubbing the rims four times a week is over with so I do appreciate car washes like that now where you can go get your car washed at least once a day and the system that they have there is honestly pretty good as long as you keep your truck running through there on a regular it keeps the truck looking good honestly I have a Tahoe and it keeps my truck looking nice so it's worth it I would say but there's nothing special there there all over the beach It's just who you're close to..

I do the monthly membership every month especially pollen season. After only 2 washes it pays for whole month and you can go once a day if you like. I love that they have the vacuum stations with clean rags, all purpose cleaner, air, and mat cleaners. The wash does am amazing job on the outside, then you can clean you car for free inside with all the materials at each station. Love the set up, they get you in and out as quick as possible, and I would definitely recommend getting a membership or atleast trying your first wash first and see how you like it then get one.
