“The store was fine and the employees pleasant. However, seeing the sign on the door saying that they had to be open till 10pm just ticked me off! After every thing that has happened this year, one would think a major corporation that has been making billions off of their underpaid employees would step up and at least close the store at 6pm like everyone else!”

“We ran in to a problem with the furniture we purchased a couple weeks ago. Big Lots is making it right. More specifically, Robin the ASM is making it right. She told me I could come in to exchange for a new set of furniture. Mistakes happen and issues come up but it’s employees like Robin who go the extra mile to make things right. Great job Robin! You have my current and future business!”
