They refused to fill. my script because I am not a regular customer. This is what they told the doctors office when they inquired about the script. It was ordered 6 21 24 . They pharmacy called no one. ( doctors or myself )to let us know . I will be doing anything I can to let people in Conway know about this and I am sure I could report them to the state for this. Luckily the doctors office called around and the cvs on 501 in Carolina forest filled it for me on July 9th. That cvs was fine, just added 20 minutes to my trip.

Never answers the phone ,. Never has the drive thru open when it should be . Slower than sloths and rude

This place can kick rocks. Trying to work with them to get my medications has been the worst. The pharmacy techs are rude. The pharmacist never takes responsibility for mistakes, they don't bill the insurance correctly, and over charge compared to Wal-Mart.

I asked the pharmacist if he could guarantee that everything in the Covid shot they are offering is Safe….And he said emphatically NO….He then went on to say that the CDC was mandating they push the shot.

worse Pharmacy ever. I went there yesterday to get a prescription. I have a different Insurance card. the lady that was helping me said i have to come back after lunch or wait till they all get back. rolled the door down right in front of me. Unbelievable unbelievable. I am so disappointed in the bad customer service

Photo service was used but every picture came out flawed (either discolored, pixelated, color washed). Staff solution was to place a new order and be recharged. Had my order confirmation, number, and QR Code but was told next time they won’t be able to assist without the receipt (that was printed damaged at the self service checkout)

The worst ever! Do yourself a favor and go to a different pharmacy. CVS should be ashamed of the poor service they provide to people that need help with their health. Health care is not their business.

Never answer the phone at the pharmacy say on hold for 45 mins with no answer and every time you go through the drive thru they are rude

I go here for my vaccinations. Always met with friendly faces. The place is clean and friendly. The downside is that it gets very busy and the parking is very tight.
