My visits to my cricket store in Conway is always great. This one young lady (Mimi) at the store on main street) is just the best. She has been such a great person and has helped me in ways that no one else has ever done. I don't know what I would have done without her when it comes down to this phone and technology. She has been so helpful and such a delightful personality. Any problems I have I take to her. She always solve my problems

This group of workers have absolutely no clue what they are doing. It's as if they were trained by Chimpanzee's. While in the store filling out my application I heard more curse words from the employees than I heard at the local sailor bar!!! These employees are rude, vulgar, and very unprofessional to say the very least!!! Never in my life have I seen a more incapable bunch of employees that a company actually pays them to be the most untrained bunch ! Shame on you cricket wireless! You could probably find better employees at the local zoo!

I Have allways had great service until today the manager waited own me today.she ack like she was not concerned about what my problem was with my phone as I wanted to know how to work my phone to solve the problem. She didnt help me at all so I ask her how long have you been here as manager she said 3 weeks so now I understand why.she was pushing customers out the store she needed to be educated more own how to be a great manager to help with all phone problems I will change my phone provider to a new provider if they dont get better help afther today .very rude to me today.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about the staff at this location! I have been a Cricket customer for years and was thoroughly impressed with Tianne and Andrea!!! I had a specific need when I entered the store, and even though it took a little more time than we expected, they made sure everything was done correctly before I left their presence! I'm truly grateful for their friendliness and commitment to superb customer service!!! These ladies at this location in Conway are AWESOME!!!!

The young black lady was having computer issues while dealing with me and my family. However instead of finishing helping me she decided to help the Mexicans that came in after me. She refused to switch my phones. She wouldn't even look at my phone to help me .

Worst store the lady the was in the store didn’t want to help me she lie to me saying I can’t use the same phone the I was using in other linesaying the if I want a new SIM card and new phone number I would have to buy a new phone. Also I cricket been stilling money from me talking some about the my bank been asking for the money back but I haven’t get no money back from them.
