Banking in the 1970s.... this is this bank now. No depositing possible at the atm, no mobile deposits unless you pay $7 a month to be able to do it, only depositing M-F during business hours is possible (horrible if you're a business), high minimum requirement, outdated online system that requires calling in if you don't use it in awhile.... overall extremely inconvenient for businesses.

CNB is the bank I currently use for all my banking needs. I like the whole 'small town boys' bank idea. The only issue I've come across is that they are only located in Conway & MBSC. So before leaving this area to travel, be sure you have all your personal banking done! LOLI've used other banks around but have found CNB to the friendliest. They are much more personable.

Locked doors with zero signs. Finally, someone called and they said the computers are down. So they can’t do anything? Pathetic. It’s not the internet and some services can be supported without computers. This is why I’ll move to a larger bank.

The people at this place are always willing to help I've been backing there for years never had a problem they have many many locations and they offer Senior citizens checking which I have for free

Was trying to have my phone number on my account ? changed so I can activate my account but they send it through a service non-represented by Conway national Bank called Shazam and so not the best service when it comes to your money because unlike PNC giving you access to monitor and correct your bank issues at any time of the day or week . I now have to go back into the bank and figure out why the customer service agent failed to correct my information on the account or be it that simply Shazam has its own issues in itself nonetheless really need a bank that governs itself instead of working with these two entities making it hard for me to handle my business.

I bank at CNB but will never do anything to do with banking at this Branch again..2 employees were deceptive n flat out lied to me concerning an important matter n Branch Manager tried to apologize for them to cover it all up. Very Rude!! Never have been treated at any other Branch’s like this, defiantly a red flag for me!
