A local bank that takes care of its customers, but which also has national connectivity. When all is said and done, if you have a need you can go to a local branch of the Conway National Bank, and the staff (who live in the same town!) will help you in person. Try that with an online bank!

I have been with Conway national bank for probably 10 years. my account was recently hacked so I filed a fraudulent claim it took 7 hrs before I could get my card cancelled I then waited the 7-10 days for my new card. I got my card it had my name on it so I activated my new card. so I started using it. I have 3 accounts 2 minors accounts well my son called me and told me someone was spending all the money in his account so I told him to call and file a claim so he did. the lady he talked to hung up on him and never cancelse the card. I then went to the bank and stron voiced my concern and told them that thee fraud department sucked well come to find out they sent me my new card with my name on it linked to his account so unknowing to us I was the person spending his money. wich we didn't know at the time. they would not reverse the charges to his account. even though it is there fault. hi talked to the manager and she said that she was the complaint department so that's not going anywhere. they claim to be family bank they are not. I have closed all my accounts with them. I will never bank wit them again. they can't fix anything or issue a debit card correctly. so I know don't have a checking account because I couldn't trust Conway national bank with my monet any longer. I would choose another bank if I was any of you. I noticed that they had 3 stars before I even left this review. smh. big corporations never seem to be held accountable so please spread the word that Conway national does not care about you or your money again I was a customer for 10 years. never again.

Used to be super happy with them, but now they've gone the way of the big banks. They stack transactions to maximize overdraft fees, and most recently drafted my account with no signature for a loan payment. A week before Christmas. It almost made my mortgage payment bounce. We'll be closing our accounts asap. The extra star is for the staff. They do great. Too bad their bosses are getting greedy like the rest.

Joined CONWAY NATIONAL BANK a few weeks ago, FIRST,,fraud occurred then never got reimbursed. Then tried using my card at Dollar general, TWO different times DECLINED then tried using my card at a gas station when I had no gas at all,, DECLINED I HAVE MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT. Can't call them til MONDAY ??? You can't transfer money... The worst ban EVER....

do not bank here! there are many other options in the conway/mb area that are way better options. I cant believe how many issues i have with this bank. It’s every week something is wrong.

I have been dealing with my account being negative a lot currently and they charged me 35$ per item that came out and I was only 100$ negative !!! They led me up 490$ and now finally that I’m not negative I went to make a purchase at my local grocery store and my card was blocked even though I have MY MONEY ON IT!! I will be closing my account very shortly. I have been a user of this bank for over a year now and I have never been so disappointed in a bank. Also they could have some sort of automated thing for the weekends for people who need help

So fed up with this bank right now. Ever since they got this Shazam thing, My card has been denied 3 different times. And every single time, I've had more than enough funds and never left my home town!I'm fed up and highly disappointed! I will be leaving CNB as soon as I can!

I have been with this bank 50 plus years. I want to make it clear I do not have anything against gay people however their flag DOES NOT BELONG in a place of business all year round! My husband and I find this offensive there is no need to advertise what you do on your own time. I have tried contacting corporate with of course NO answers. The manager is also very RUDE and needs a lesson on how to treat people. I guess they are afraid to address this issue.

They are literally the worst bank you can choose. The amount of effort is very low even from a small town bank. They deserve no stars. I have waited two weeks on a card after mine had fraudulent activity. You have to pay $7 a month for mobile deposit and then wait for your check to clear at 7 at night. Sometimes it won’t clear until after the weekend. Out of every bank you can choose this should be your absolute last choice.

I’m a generational customer…multiple businesses and personal savings and a 47 year old checking account number …I’m so upset with you people today …absolutely I will soon close every account we currently own and remove every penny of our hard earned money !!!!I work about 100 hours per week and I expect my bank to be on my team …involving MY HARD EARNED MONEY !!! I’d give you a zero if it allowed me that option
