Campers Inn Conway,,,,,
SO last year we bought a used 2021 FUSION 40ft , 5th wheel camper from Campers Inn RV of Conway... Well you know the saying BUYER BEWARE.. SHAME ON THEM... and I guess shame on me... Since we bought this camper and the joke of an insurance policy from them we HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE..... First tires blew out... try calling this road side policy we bought... What a joke.... The slide in the kitchen dosent work right..... going in and out tore up the bottom of the slide... never adjusted... Fireplace stopped working.. Furnace stopped working.. and many other things that a CERTIFIED USED DEALERSHIP SHOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF..... Best of all the camper was never cleaned....... They put on a great dog and pony show , made us feel very special spending 70,000.00$ . even put our name on a chalk board saying thank you when we went to pick it up..... I WOULDENT BUY A SHOPPING CART FROM THEM... THANK YOU CAMPER INN OF CONWAY

Bought a brand new camper 2 months ago. This thing was on their lot for not even a month. They have lost all the paper work to go with the camper for the appliances and the tv remotes and speaker accessories. 2 months after being promised when we bought the camper we would get it soon...... we still have yet to receive it. I have called multiple times with no response. Emailed and gotten no response. Worst experience with a rv company ever! Will never go back! Do not buy from here. You're the best customer til they get the money!

This is my 3rd RV from 3 different dealerships and 1 was in Campers Inn in Byron , but this campers Inn in Conway SC is by far the very best , very professional but very great service . Jason was our salesperson and he is truly the best most professional but very caring to make sure you get what you need . He went way beyond what you normally run into . Many thanks to Jason ! Mike McIntyre is a very caring Service Manager and has helped us 3 times with hitching a new 5th wheel hitch that my husband isn't familiar with , he was only used to the old style and not use to the auto levelers and Mike has guide him through it.

For many years my husband and I have been wanting an RV and we were finally able to purchase one last week after many friend reviews for Campers Inn in Conway. We traveled almost 2 hours to get to the lot just to look around. Zach, our salesman, met us at the door and I can't say enough GREAT things about him. He spent a lot of time walking us around the lot to get a feel for our needs and we finally found our RV after about 2 hours. If you are in the market for an RV go see him , he is AMAZING!!! We really didn't intend to purchase but when we saw the exact same floor plan we had been looking at we knew that we needed to pull the trigger that day.
We were scheduled to pick it up today at 9am. So again, we drove the almost 2 hours to pick up the RV trailer. All was great until we hit some issues with things that were not fixed during the inspection and pre-walk through. Our service technicians, Bob and Jason, did a fabulous job with the hitch instructions and walk through. However, when we found that there was a water line that was not run and they couldn't fix it without warranty authorization that's when things went south. When we asked why this was not found in their prep for delivery inspection we were told that there was a ticket that was voided back in June and then nothing else was done. We were also told that not all faucets are tested during this time. Had someone just turned a knob and found out the issue then we could have avoided a huge blow up in the office. We completely understand warranty issues and the time needed to fix them but had we been communicated with we would have rescheduled the pickup for a later time to give them time to fix it instead of waiting around for an extra 2 - 3 hours to get it fixed. They did fix the water line today while we waited and gave us a small credit on our our account to help with the inconvenience.
In the future, a final inspection the day before delivery / pickup where ALL faucets, outlets, etc... are tested should be done. Communication should also not always be pushed back to the sales team to make the call to a customer, anyone in the office can pick up the phone. This simple step and a phone call would have avoided the whole issue today. I do not do well when things are not as they should and my temper got the best of me, however we just spent lots of money for something that should not have had any issues.
All that being said we are excited to begin our journeys in the RV.

If you are interested in a camper, or even if you aren’t, you need to make the drive to Campers Inn of Conway!! Let them show you what they have to fit you and your family to enjoy the world of camping! And you will experience the absolute BEST service while you are there with or without making a putchase. My husband wanted to surprise me with trading UP to my DREAM travel trailer and they worked magic for him. All employees were in on the surprise and they made the entire experience one of the best moments in my life. Everyone is there to help and support you without pressure in making a decision.
We will make the drive from Moncks Corner every time! Thank you so much❤️ to everyone for the 5 Star Service!

I can not say enough good things about this place. We made the unfortunate mistake of buying from Camping World in Hope Mills, NC and encountered problem after problem. We thought going near a military base would treat Veterans like ourselves with respect and integrity in their work. We were wrong. Mike and Brandon in the service department here have went above and beyond for my husband to right all the wrongs we had encountered previously. They do their best to provide open and transparent communication, work with warranty departments with a swiftness, and the work is quality. Highly recommend Campers Inn in Conway!

No one wanted to stay and help, had alot of questions but no one to be found. The young girl up front did her best to try and find someone. She did everything she could. So we just left.

Campers Inn in Conway would get 10 stars if possible! Our experience was amazing from the start! Jason Nagel was our sales rep and truly listened to what we were looking for. He patiently showed us various options and was super friendly and upbeat without being “ fake” or pushy. He had solutions to overcome some objections rather than brushing off our concerns. In today’s sales climate, we found Jason to be exceptional in his ability to answer all questions and provide alternatives that made sense for our needs. We met with Peter as well- same friendliness, knowledge and commitment to getting us to the finish line in making this purchase. Tressa in the financial office was efficient and knowledgeable as well which made the process simple and fast. We’re so happy with the process and customer service we received and we highly recommend Jason Nagel and team! You won’t be disappointed!

Highly Recommend!
We were greatly pleased by the service team! My fiance was stuck in Santee, SC because his bump out wouldn't retract. Campers Inn Service Team made the 2 hour drive early the next morning. Not only did the 2 gentleman (sorry I don't know their names) fix the issue, they took measures so it wouldn't happen again and performed a service check while they were out there. Thank you so much!
