I took my car up there the morning at 8:00am!….I stated to them , that I had a knocking noise and I just wanted them to check it out ! . Not once did I tell them to fix my car . But they ended up fixing it without my authorization. And overcharged me 202 dollars in labor for the work they did that was small. Than prior to that I had to keep calling just to check on my car that I did not get back till 4:30 pm. I would not recommend this place to NOBODY !!!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

I had to get a steel hydraulic line repaired at work today. I brought it into these fine folks and they were able to get it repaired within 3-4 hours of me dropping it off. They called me as soon as it was done. I was quite impressed with the repair and customer service. The repaired line was a quarter inch too long but that is the nature of the beast when working with ridgid line. They fixed it on the spot and I came away a very satisfied customer.

This is the best place that you could do business as for all the man reviews that I have read mechanics don't know until they fully the repair that they have and hired to do people boohooing over one price from the beginning and another price down the line it happens they don't have a crystal ball they don't know what they are fully going to encounter during the repair and they're sure not going to give free time and money for other parts during the repair that are shot as for calling and informing I couldn't tell you but the other parts are not major would you rather have them put them back on your vehicle not hardly as for Critters getting in the U-Hauls that's an act of nature that they have no control over the mechanics are phenomenal hard-working and honest I would refer anybody to Bumper to Bumper they get the job done

Best experience ever thanks to Dale! My car started overheating and I pulled in to this location at 7am. Dale was kind enough to come look at my car and quickly realized it was the water pump. Car was ready same day!! I would give them 10 stars! Trustworthy, friendly and reasonable! I highly recommend!!

This place has worked on my vehicles for a good bit over the years. Gary & Dale get right on my issue when I come early and no more than a few hours they are done. Great job done by these guys and will be back soon for another repair job.

The staff at Bumper to Bumper are simply fantastic...they go above and beyound to accommodate and help the customers. Gary, Dale and Amanda are absolutely the most kind and thoughtful people to deal with. They go out of their way to explain and answer any concerns you might have. I will only go to Bumper to Bumper when i have any uhaul or my personal vehicle needs

I literally gave this place 5 Stars 4 years ago. But needs an update Liars, bad communication, Rip-Off! Will leave your car sitting for weeks for a minor job! Will misdiagnose your vehicle. Charge too much for a simple job.

This place is not good with communicating!!! I was given a key with no form of communication. Was charged extra money for aspects that was never discussed. They charged my card extra, no form of customer service. They are a rip off. The cashier never discussed what the perimeters of the rental would be. My worst experience ever renting a uhaul from this place
