I told 2 different employees the symptoms my truck had. They said they can work on it. The only thing they said they could not do was take out the transmission to repair it. They reproduced the problem and told me they can’t fix it. Why did I pay for a diagnostic just for you to drive it and say we can’t fix it? Also I was told they would not work on anything else if they could not fix the major issue. I ended paying for an AC repair because they claimed they couldn’t check the pressure without adding Freon. I spent over $300 to have a cold AC in a truck I can’t drive

I cannot complain about the end result. New tie rods and new tires and the truck drives like new again. However, since I tried to save money and buy my tires from marketplace instead of them, they felt the need to charge almost $200.00 to mount and balance the 4 tires I bought. But if you buy tires there, it’s free. It seems like kinda a shit way to make profit on people trying to save a little money. Said something when picking it up and the guy at the desk pretty much made it clear they could care less. Any way high marks for quality work, low marks for customer service.

I called Black’s with concerns about my AC compressor potentially leaking. Mike was super helpful in listening to my concerns and making sure the issue was diagnosed and fixed properly. Some shops overcharge women or otherwise treat them differently under the assumption that women know less about cars. I wasn’t treated any differently based on gender here, and was given the same respect as any other person regardless of gender or level of knowledge. The services were fairly priced, and they never tried to upsell me for nonsense work I didn’t need. Mike and his team are amazing, 10/10 would recommend

Blacks was great. Called to get 2 new tires, walked in an hour later and was on my way out an hour after that. Very friendly, great price and great service!

I was just a walk in with my car, no appointment. Had a vibration at 40 mph. Blacks Tire got me in quickly and addressed the problem of a tire. No problems since!

i had driven right over curb (shocker), it was a pain to get the spare on but once I did I drove it to blacks tire and Auto, they gave me an estimate on two tires since I didn't want to mess up my alignment, and I was pretty much in and out of there in an hour, which was the quickest I think I've ever had to stay in an auto body shop. everybody was super sweet kind and respectful to me and answered all of my questions with detail and honesty. when they told me my car was ready I checked it out and it honestly looked beautiful. I was referred here by a family member, and it was definitely worth my time and money!

We also go to black tires on hwy 544. They are awesome. Will not go anywhere else. We had everything done to my car and they were awesome
