Pros-This was my first time at Blacks Tire. I don’t know if they do appointments but I was a walk-in on a Saturday morning. The staff was professional the place was clean. They took care of my problem in the time given and was very informative about my options.
No cons at all…. Well, a drink/snack machine would be great! I just love snacking. LOL! They may have one and I didn’t see them.

The service here is AMAZING. My car broke down on the side of the road and they came to see if they could help me get it to their shop. They made a worrisome situation way less stressful on me. They have great communication and the friendliest people. Hopefully I won’t need them again in the future (no more car trouble please) but if I do, I would use them again and again!

Needed a radiator flush and the guys at Blacks Tire were kind and professional and got me in the next day. Waited for my truck to get done, and was only there for about an hour. Thanks again.

My tire was going flat on my way through Conway. They were friendly and repaired the tire at a reasonable price. It was ready when I came back about 3 1/2 hours later.

Blacks Tire was able to help me quickly and professionally. My tire went flat due to a piece of metal in the sidewall. They ordered the correct tire which arrived on the same day, put it on my car, and I was back on the road. Very thankful for them. Well done!

I brought my car in early and needed a tire checked and possibly repaired. I was treated very professionally and with expediency! My tire was fixed and I was on my way in about an hour. I had work done here before and highly recommend Blacks to anyone in need of there service!!
