I don’t often find myself shopping at Belk, but needed to replace a pair of dress pants I have worn for work the last couple years that was starting to get holes. Miss Angie was incredible, she helped me find the EXACT pair I bought before, got me set up with the Belk app, and was very quick getting me checked out. The angels aren’t in heaven, they work at Belk. ??

Not happy with the in-store return policy. Took over 20 minutes with no way to get returned without a receipt, as most places do. I had the replacement jeans in hand and they still had no way to look up sku #. Finally found the receipt and completed the return. I go online knowing they have stock my size and color. The App can't find anything at either local store. They apparently can't keep track of inventory!

Poor men's dept. Lousy shoe selection. Lousy cologne selection. Very few big/tall choices. Little to no help.
