“Had an iPhone 12+ having full loss of screen function and we were not feeling very hopeful to have it done day of considering they closed in just a few hours or so. But we got lucky and it was a slow day and we were even luckier to get such a helpful and genuinely great person to help us. His name was Mike and if his employers happen to see this, then Mr. Mike deserves a raise. He was extremely helpful, funny, charismatic and more than willing to make time to have it done by the time they close to go above and beyond. I plan to tell anyone who needs help with their phones, batteries, etc, to go to see you guys. Can’t thank the company or the man who took care of us more.
