I recently lost the Key Fob for my car, called down to Auto Zone to get a new one. I was told that they didn’t have one but could get me one the same day. Gave them the year make and model, the key was ordered, i went and picked it up the same day the following day i scan the QR code and it clearly states that it will not work on my vehicle! Three trips to Auto Zone only to be told now they cannot get me one!!! So disappointed

Battery went dead , AutoZone not only sold me a battery and install it for no extra cost. Knew what he was doing. And was back on the road in less than 30 minutes.

Charged me an extra $2 for lubricant I didn't even get and it was a way to upcharge in hopes people don't realize they did. It was charged immediately before entering my card so obviously some higher up is probably telling the employees to do it. Going to contact corporate because this has happened twice already
