Just bought a used 2013 Honda Civic and traded in my vehicle. I was there for another car but didn’t realize it was a manual stick shift. My salesman quickly showed me two other options that met the same needs. The car was clean and up front about any flaws. I didn’t get any off the price of the Honda but I feel like I got a fair price for my trade. I highly recommend. EVERYONE was nice and said hello regardless of what they were doing. I didn’t feel rushed but it wasn’t a slow process either. I was in and out about an hour. Gary was my salesman let’s give him some business! Glen and Paulie were also great! I wish this local company success.

From the moment we came onto the property we were treated so respectfully and I had the pleasure of working with Mark G and he listens so well, communicates about multiple cars and gives useful information. He helped me find the right car that was in range. We had to split up our day and come back the next day to finish up and mark was off that day but he was sweet enough to come in on his off day to help me. He is much appreciated and i recommend him to others. He had no sign of frustration and was calm and joking the whole time. Even when id get frustrated he’ll find whatever way to help with no sign of frustration. He goes over and beyond for his customers and has a wonderful personality and that’s great customer service. Thank you Mark! And thanks to Russ for making this happen for me and helping with the process too!

I have been very happy with their service department. They can always get us in quickly and for a more affordable price compared to a dealership.
This time I had my interior detailed and let me say Donel did a fantastic job. I feel like I am back in a brand new car. I had staining on my seats thanks to 2 kids and spilt coffee, and if you saw it today you would never know! Thank you Donel and Autoworld for taking care of my car!!

I’m not happy with autoworld of Conway sc. I found out after purchasing a vehicle from them that they buy wrecked vehicles before any insurance companies can get involved so they can buy them next to nothing to put least amount of money into the wrecked vehicle to sell for top dollar. The 2017 vehicle I bought was wrecked and ok they fixed it but if it needed a lower control arm and you replaced it awesome but it should’ve been aligned after and I’ve worked at dealerships and the main goal is to keep the customer satisfied. Also if it needs parts painted then get a painter who can tape correctly and clean up the over spray before you put it out for sale so the customer doesn’t have to come back 2 times for it to get done. The only reason why I didn’t check this vehicle over well before I signed was because I thought your business was trustworthy and I had my baby with me who had been sitting there with me for over 4 hours for your salesman Gary to do anything. The only person that you kept satisfied was autoworld. I wouldn’t recommend autoworld of Conway sc to my worst enemy because I’ve taken my vehicle back twice for it to sit there a week each time for it never to be fixed. Now I’m spending more money for it to get an alignment because I have no trust in autoworld of Conway to do the job let alone get it done right. Customer’s should have trust in the dealership but autoworld of Conway is a crooked shop. DONT GO THERE!!!!! If I didn’t have to give this post 1 star to post this to warning to others looking for a decent vehicle from being taken advantage of then Autoworld of Conway SC wouldn’t have gotten even a half a star. So before I signed the paperwork I gave it a quick inside and outside look over and noticed it needed wiper blades especially the rear one because it was ripped. I let the salesman Gary that I was working with know about that. He said he’ll get the garage to take care of it. So I didn’t even get to take it home that day. It took them a week for it to be ready and the rear blade that was ripped didn’t get fixed. They just ripped the piece hanging off and I asked Gary don’t you check the vehicles over before you sell let the customer know it’s ready? He then says No I don’t check the mechanics work. This dealership doesn’t have pride in what they sell but only how fast and how many they can sell. Customers satisfaction is NOT GUARANTEED!!!!!!!
I Just left AutoWorld of Conway and where I did Not have a good experience with the sales now I’m irritated with their service department. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When it was done the woman tells me that they didn’t do the rotation because there’s wear and showed me a picture on one of the tires. Lady do you know why tire rotations are needed? So tires don’t wear unevenly due to it being out of alignment. Wow is all I can say about AutoWorld in Conway SC. The only reason why I still go to you guys is for the free oil change cards I got when I bought this vehicle….. After that I will no longer go to you for anything. I hope people read this post and stay clear all together!!!! Have a good day
