:( Thanks for the discrimination that I get it from the service on the lobby for me only cause I look Spanish color . They put so many troubles to cash up a check Im working hard to get my money and they do so difficult to cash a check tanks again for discrimination :(

Good folks giving everyone a shot. First name basis in your local branch. Biggest beef is speed of services: direct deposit doesn't go in till mid morning on deposit day. ATM card replacement too 17 days????? Only bank in 20 years that doesn't have a procedure to do same day replacement.......very frustrating.

Very poor customer service. I went to the drive up to exchange a $50 for smaller denominations and was refused because I didn't have an account there WHAT??!! U S currency??? In over 60 years and in over 40 countries I have NEVER had a bank EVER refuse to change currency. The teller said it was their policy. I now have a new policy - NEVER do business with Anderson bank and tell all your neighbors and friends to do the same.

First time visiting since the renovation, and I have to say that while it turned out beautifully, staffing needs some help. I drove up to make a loan payment among other things, and was greeted by a less than helpful teller. I looked for a name plaque but didn't see one like there were at the front two stations. Immediately upon walking up, I was greeted with a sneer and a menial greeting. I tried to pay with my debit, not a credit card, which I have payed most other times with no issue. This time though, it seemed to definitely be a problem as her tone of voice was immediately condescending and stayed that way throughout the duration of our conversation. She refused to take the card, and when I asked how I should pay if I didn't have a check with me since I expected to use my debit, and she rolled her eyes and told me to go across the street to a different bank or ATM and pull cash out. A different lady (a supervisor) came up and was much more helpful, taking care of the other things I needed, and was kind enough to have a banker, Derek, who has always been great, take my loan payment. Please, ABB, get someone in the front who represents your company better!
