I dont leave alot of reviews but I feel like this store deserves to know that your staff is rude and incompetent. I placed an order just a few days ago for a part online and picked up in this store. Turns out the original part I was replacing had a loose wire so ended up not needing the new part. I took the 20 min. drive with confirmation email, my ID etc thinking this should take 2 minutes. Unfortunately, they wouldnt refund the item because it was ordered online.. i said but i picked it up IN THIS STORE, ive got receipt and it was just a few days ago. Says ill need to get in touch with their manager and gave me his schedule. I said im not chasing this person down to do YOUR job, unacceptable. I asked for someone higher than this manager ( I have her name but wont mention , yet) she said I'M the manager. I called the customer care # and had a super nice lady tell me to stay on speaker, go back in store, she will handle it. Long story short, I stood in that store 45 min. and left without a refund. The manager said many times out loud how much she hates corporate while trying to get someone on the phone...had her head down on the desk like me standing there wanting my $ back was ruining her night. The GM she finally got on her cell phone was on speaker and he was incompetent too, says I need to get with corporate.. not my job to figure out. I finally walked out with the same part I was trying to return, extremely frustrated and embarrassed. Will be emailing corporate with a detailed report

Wish they had a better computer system. Show us where parts are located.Sometimes, my calls go unanswered. To many staff changes.

I was so very impressed with the integrity and honesty of Edgar! He was beyond helpful and still has me in disbelief of how honest he was! I had to jump my 2019 Nissan Rogue and thought it needed a battery! After testing, Edgar explained I did not! If I were still in New York, they would have changed it anyway but for $265.00! Great man with moral and values!

The worst experience I ever had no one said anything to me I said hello and two workers were talking looked at me and continued to talk to each other I found what I was looking for and went to the register. No one came to me so I left. Very poor business etiquette

Not sure if they treat everyone like they are stupid or just women. Not helpful at all. Just want to make a sale and get you out the store.

They helped me check my battery and alternator and replaced the battery. The man that helped me was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Long story short, my car broke down a little less than a mile away. After attempting to fix the issue on my own (which I assumed was battery -related), I walked over to the Advance Auto and explained my situation. Craig, the employee that I explained my situation to, advised he would send someone out to help me. Within 10 minutes, another wonderful employee named Edgar came to my rescue! Edgar assessed the issue, which ended up being my battery, and even went as far as to explain how different parts of my car worked. He also addressed a few other issues that could possibly hinder the performance of my car in the future and advised me on how to take preventative measures to enhance the longevity of my car’s performance. If I could give 105 stars on this review, I would! Awesome customer service, fairly priced, and overall, the best experience and service I’ve ever received from a car service store/business!
