19 Conestee Ave, Greenville“An absolute pleasure!! Clean, well stocked post office. Ample parking, not busy. Best of all, the two nicest ladies you could ever hope to encounter at a USPS facility. Best!”
“Debbie and Kelly go far beyond the call of duty to be of service… and accommodate even the oddest requests whenever possible. Kelly is a wizard on the computer finding best rates to save patrons like me some much needed cha-Ching and does it with a warm smile. Love this convenient lil hole in the wall and even more so this fabulous team… USPS, UPS and FEDEX hit the lottery with these two. Highly recommend this jewel of a place and these two gems!”
“These folks in 2024 know how to give efficient, super-friendly service. Each time I've been here the customer service has been so kind and helpful. Well done!”

185 Lebby St, Pelzer“I called 4-5 local post offices on a typical Friday, no holidays, trying to get information on a pass port application and each post office simply let the phone ring for over a minute straight before eventually letting the phone hang up. I called each one several times in a row, and began to think it was a holiday or something. I called the Pelzer office, and Jodie picked right up after a few rings, was friendly, informative, and great to deal with. Pelzer is putting the other offices to shame.”

2431 N Pleasantburg Dr, Greenville“Some counter employees are miserable, one guy in particular. He has such a rotten, unprofessional attitude. I have no clue why he is like that, I have been using this branch since I moved here 10years ago. He has not changed one bit. Never a smile or pleasant salutation. I am always nice to them yet they do not respond in kind.
One guy with a mustache is amazing, always helpful and cheery, most of the ladies are as well.
Regardless I will still use this branch as I believe in local support as well as this institution that is a staple of our country!!!”
“Chris W was a great help for my passport application and photo. He had a calm demeanor and was friendly. Definitely recommend going to this location for passport services and ask for Chris!”
“This is quite possibly the best experience I have ever had at a US Post Office. The employees were friendly and efficient. Stacy helped me today. She was cheerful and beyond helpful, even though I presented myself as a complete bumbling dingbat. I was on a road trip and did a search for nearby post offices so I could send Christmas gifts, and could not be happier that this was the one closest to me.*Special shout out to the people of Simpsonville who were also there mailing packages, who all exhibited kindness, courtesy and patience, even though there were many of us in line. Happy Holidays y'all!”
“Recently, I ordered blank checks from my bank to be delivered to my P.O. box. The tracking email showed that they had been delivered late afternoon on 2/13. I stopped by 3 times on 2/14 to check my box and again the morning of the 15th. They weren't there. I was very concerned that they had been placed in the wrong box and my bank account would be compromised. I went to the counter at the Berea post office and the young lady looked and looked, initially to no avail. After quite some time, she and another associate found that my package had slipped down in an area where it couldn't easily be seen. I was so relieved. I know with the volume of mail they get and the speed with which they have to work, items are going to get misplaced sometimes. I was so grateful that the young lady at the counter didn't give up. She kept at it, exhausting all possibilities until the package was found. She could have just given up and said, "oh well" but she didn't. I failed to get her name but I am very grateful!”
“My experience was great. Ms. Smith, who was training was awesome! Very personable, and efficient. See her as Post Master General some day! Lost a star on no bubble packaging at all.”
“Its mailing service, of course your going to get the worst people. Ive seen these guys probably over 8 times within 2 months. Guys are always nice, answer my small questions and get what I need picked up or shipped out.”

912 Anderson St, Piedmont“This post office location is the best. I've dealt with them for years and every single employee will go above and beyond to help you. It's hard to take any of these negative reviews seriously, and most of the time people only have something to say when they get upset about something silly. Most have absolutely no clue how dedicated our postal employees are and how hard they work for very little thanks. Every Piedmont, SC resident should consider themselves lucky to have such great people taking care of your mail. Piedmont residents, please make sure we all show our appreciation to all our postal workers for the incredibly important job they do FOR US. They work extremely hard for our community they all deserve our thanks!”
“I meant all week to send a box of cookies to New York, but didn't get them baked until Friday evening. A quick search on the internet Saturday morning discovered, to my great delight, a local post office was open! Glenda was joyful and fun and didn't even seem to mind working on Saturday. I'm so glad she was there. She happily told me the cookies will be in New York on Monday.”
