They never ever answered their branch line. Like what kind of bank don’t answer their local customer calls? Who want to drive to location for simple questions when they have branch contact.

The worst bank I ever used in my life. My check that I deposited has a seven day hold or processing period. The account has to many different fees. This bank is a scam. They steal your money. Their managers are very unprofessional and have a nasty attitude. The fees that this bank charges are ridiculous.

I work with Adults with Intellectual Disabilities. All this bank has done is not listen to the people that can explain their affairs. They were charged, 15 dollars to have their card replaced. They were charged 10 dollars for returned mail. Who does this?? Ive been with Bank of America for over 30 years. The most I've been charged is 0 for a lost card. Come on .. Worst customer service ever. I'm not done blasting these folks!!! Rants on Facebook, Twitter, and any other social media site I can think of.. I just don't understand how you can take advantage of people like this. I work closely with other agencies as well and I will tell everyone I know which is a lot. I'm furious !!

Love Their Hours Of Operation; Plus The Fact That They're Open 7 Days A Week...With The Exception Of Christmas Day...Was (And Continues To Be) An Extra Added Incentive To Open An Account With Them!!! All Of Their Employees...Their Tellers & Managers Alike...Are ALWAYS Courteous, Polite & Helpful!!!

I love the tellers at the counter and when I say ever teller has great customer service I mean that. My issue is with whoever is supposed to answer the incoming calls to the branch. This Branch is the closest one to my home and when I have issues and am unable to physically come to this branch I can NEVER and I mean absolutely NEVER get anyone on the phone... on the webpg here it even says its closed today but they are open until 7... new management please! How can you call for customer service with the people you're familiar with if there is never an answered call?!?
