Ordered a 223 Wylde upper, 18" stainless steel upper from them off the "daily deals". Received the upper and immediately put my Lyman bore scope down the barrel (which I always do). What an immaculate barrel and excellent value. The barrel was near perfect and the thing is a tack-driver. No issues with the ordering process and I've ordered several things from them. Shipping is not exactly speedy, but I'm definitely going to be doing business with them again.

The products are good quality, just beware of the customer service. I ordered an upper and before It was shipped the price dropped $30, I was told the order was placed more than 24 hours ago, so the only thing I could do is wait for it to arrive, then get an RMA, return it and buy another. I will return it, but will seek a more customer friendly supplier.

I ordered a "Father's Day Special" on Saturday afternoon. On Monday morning, PSA had lowered the price again by $50. Of course, being less than 12 business hours, I asked if they would sell me the gun at the Monday morning "Father's Day Sale" price, rather than the Saturday afternoon "Father's Day Sale" price. NOPE. "Palmetto State Armory will only offer credit for an items sale price within 24 hours of the item being placed for sale..". I guess that explains why they waited 36 hours to re-price the "Father's Day Sale " price - so they could screw those who bought on Saturday at the higher price. Great practice!!!

The reason I am writing this review is because Palmetto State Armory has not posted a single review of mine on guns & parts I have purchased from them. My cousin's review was not posted either on a PSA Freedom AR15 he recently bought. All my reviews were 3 & 4 stars, but if you have the slightest negative thing to say about the product, or PSA, they do not post your review. They heavily censor ALL user reviews. Their prices are great, and most of their products are great, but god forbid you don't post a 4 or 5 star review with nothing negative in it. You 'd be wasting your time typing. For that reason I have reduced my purchases from PSA considerably. There are many great sales and prices out there now, and I now purchase AR parts mostly from Primary Arms and a couple of others. PSA's customer service and shipping time has also declined the last few years.

I have always received great deals from these guys. No problem with customer service either. Most of the time they put extras in the box.

I was excited to go to the gun range for the first time with a friend for a birthday surprise and I was told since we did not have any gun handling experience we will not be able to take advantage of the gun range experience. I called another gun range location across town and they immediately told me that was not a issue there and they would actually help us and there would be an instructor as well to walk us through the process. Shaking my head I just knew this place would have been great but the immediate turn down was a absolute turn off that is why I had to write this review. But looking at all the other reviews this place must have a bad rep.

Decided to check the Yelp reviews before attempting to order some parts but wow! I purchased an AR here as well as an optic and a pistol but that was many years ago when they first opened. My wife and I actually purchased all of our stuff from the owner/operator of PSA. It really was a great transaction and everyone was very friendly and professional. Looking at these reviews I'm seriously thinking I should just count myself lucky and leave it at that. Man, I'm really sorry that PSA has fallen so far from what I experienced all those years ago. I'll give y'all a try again once you've fixed your issues. Good luck to you until then.

The prices are good and the service is excellent. I have purchased several AR uppers from them, Both 10 and 15. I have only had one issue with one AR 15 upper. I sent the upper back and a replacement arrived in less than two weeks, no questions asked. I will continue to use Palmetto for my AR build needs...

This is the saddest review I have done because, it kills me that a great manufacturer is blown up by the horrendous customer service. As long as your order is perfect PSA is a bliss, but as soon as something goes wrong, its a nightmare. A $1.77 missing spring from a AR15 kitt took over a month to get, with hours spent on the phone and on email to wirh completely cluelessCS agents. As the old saying goes. The bitter taste of customer service lingers on much longer than the sweetness of the discount.

buyer beware if you are ordering from these assholes. I waited 10 days for an order an it never shipped, When I called to ask what the deal was , I was told they had no clue when it was going to ship. It could take up to 30 more days. 30 more days , I could drive from RI to SC faster than that. Their response was " oh well" Canceled ordered right than and there. Never again will I do business with them. read the reviews , people don't lie , they have zero customer service here.

Palmetto State Armory has somehow managed to not ship my order for almost a month. That alone is a terrible customer experience and makes them well worthy of the 1 star rating I give them here. However, they made my customer experience even worse with their poor customer service response. My emails about my order have not been responded to for a week. I had to wait on hold on the phone for over 25 minutes in an attempt to get any sort of progress on my order, and even then they couldn't manage to send me an email with an update on my order status after they promised to follow up the next day. They have great prices, but I would recommend looking elsewhere for your purchases.

Good prices and they ship fairly quickly when they actually have items in stock (most of the website shows most items out of stock) If you have any kind of problem like I did (defective AR trigger) good luck getting a response or support. Pay the $10 more at some other place where they can afford to pay customer service. Tom

i have ordered quite a bit from palemtto state armory over the years, but the last 2 time i ordered from them shipping was slow, i ordered ammo that took 2 weeks to ship. but my last order is what really irritates me! i ordered a lower pistol receiver and a complete upper. 1st attempt my card was declined, so i called my bank, she says i see where there was a charge for 197 and an attempt for 399, she did something and asked i try again. same thing. 3rd time it went through. so i have tried palmetto to cancel the 2 extra lowers because of the way they bill them. i have called 10 times and was on hold anywhere from 20 minutes to 40 minutes and never got to speak to anybody. i have sent 3 online contact request that have yet to be returned in 4 days! so i will be going to my bank today to cancel these orders with the bank, i will never do business with the company again!

I have made 3 different orders and live out of state. I must say I love PSA and I've never had any issues. Yes during the holidays they are backordered but they gave plenty of warning on their web site. Great deals and will continue to be a customer online.
