I told her I struggled to put pieces together and that I was starting an important office job and needed help.She spent about an assisting me, while managing other customers, and continuing to stock items. My friend was very nervous about going shopping for bras but Raquel was so nice and reassuring. She made my friend feel welcome and validated and measured her and went and picked out bras in her size for her while she waited in the dressing room because she was too scared to be seen in public.
