First time being at this branch and our whole family went in. It did take awhile to be seen, but maybe because it was around lunch time? Anyway, Wendy helped us! Extremely slow service even before the pandemic. I don't know why but this particular branch is very busy yet it's the employees I don't know if they don't have enough employees or what but they really need to step up there game it's really bad. My employer use there service. I was looking for a bank but decided to go elsewhere cause of the slow service. ?

This is the slowest Wells Fargo branch that I've ever used. They always seem to have a ton of employees, but some how they still manage to take forever to complete transactions. I have been sitting in line currently for 15 minutes. The customer service is is basically obsolete. They are not friendly at this branch and half the time don't even speak to you at all. As soon as things open back up, I'll be driving 8 minutes out of my way to use a different branch. Terrible branch.

Great customer service! I think the only reason why people are posting bad reviews lately is because they expect the same swift service as they would have received during the Pre-Covid days. We have face the reality that e every business is trying to compensate. We have to be flexible. :)

Absolutely terrible service. Sat in drive thru line for 45 minutes before just leaving without making the transactions I needed. Never in my life have I had this slow of an experience at a bank. All other branches run a smooth operation, even during COVID. This branch is completely awful with wait times. Expect to wait an hour to make one deposit.
