First let me say the store looks nice however your employees there are beyond rude. I understand having to lock up certain items due to theft but for god sakes have someone available to help get item. Just tried to by flashlight,finally found someone and their reply was i cant help you as he turned and walked away i ask he he could find someone, waited for15 minutes no one came. I refuse to be treated like this and i can assure i will never step back into this place. Your managers need to get hold of this situation, bad things are on the way if not.

Do not got to this store unless you want to be treated like a criminal and slowed down to the same speed that tar drips.
Also, Walmart plus is a scam. They run you through a bunch of questions while checking out and make you unbag everything so they can confirm you’re not a thief. Tell me what’s convenient about that. And then the staff doesn’t even understand how the app works. I finished the transaction before she got to me and she kept asking me where it says the count. I don’t work here so no idea. Although you are paying to do the work they pay their staff to do. I’m thinking I’ll take the trip to Ballentine from now on. Much nicer store. I wish there was an option for zero stars. One is too generous.

Cashier on #19 tonight you know who you are. Kicked me and my entire family off the line tonight because apparently she had her light turned off for one hour!(not true) She didnt and she saw me numerous times while she was checking out her customer for what seemed like an hour. Took her so long to checkout that customer and when she finished she came to me so rudely and said ma'am my light has been off for an hour, im closed! Husband confronted her and she says oh well bye! I was so disgusted at her lack of professionalism as I had waited so long on her line so patiently. She even checked out the lady in front of me that had been waiting as long as I have. Yet she got checked out. Not cool. Idk why she singled me out but she acted like I had just walked up to her line. I was waiting a long time. Management did not help and just said well she had to go home it was the end of her shift. I will NEVER shop here again thanks cashier #19. People like her will never be anything more than they are right now because they don't care how others feel. Compassion and caring go a long way!

They started a new policy where you can only use the self checkout if you have 15 items or less and they are only allowing 3 kiosks to be open per employee so if there is only 2 employees it’s only 6 registers open. If you know this location, even with all of the registers open they have a line, this was a bad move. But they have been more stocked up recently so that’s a plus!

They are not wanting customers to have their own bags. Car legally stolen and have to take a bus. Been using bookpack and reg canvas bags for 4 months without problems and now interigrated and inspected. They are bringing members only to regular walmart because the produce scalerequires the walmart membership.

Garden center wouldn't sell me potting soil because the bags were outside. The lady told me to bring a bag inside. What a joke Wal Mart is nowadays.

Will never shop at this store again this is not the first time I had a issues wit this store. A friend order a cake for me and they try to argue and tell me my cake might be at another location and im telling them it's at there store so I go to the store and showed them the purchase items and they had me waiting for hour before a manager or some one to come. I got my money back but it wasn't the point. I wanted my cakes for my birthday. And now my birthday is ruin thanks to Walmart. I'll never do business with y'all again.

Shout out to the employees working the pick up 5/22! They helped me fit a grill into my car that absolutely shouldn't have fit (didn't realize how big it was) and didn't give up when the first 2 ways we tried didn't work.
