Another 0 star business! This store sucks and always has. You can never buy what you want because as usual they are out. Imagine how much money they could make with a fully stocked store!

Absolutely ridiculous experience, we asked for help in the seasonal section and had to search for an associate for ten minutes. Then as we were checking out the cashier was so busy checking her phone that she mustang an item and wouldn't even look up to hand me the receipt. I will be going elsewhere from now on

The last three times I have gone to Walmart on Garners Ferry Rd I have checked out at the Self Checkout. The young Lady at the 1st Checkout on the left ( I believe she is a MGR always stationed there Ms Thanisha I believe). Well, I must say she is the most pleasant person at Wal-Mart. Courteous, professional, and very competent. Wal-Mart needs to give her a Christmas Bonus*****

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to in my life, they told me 8am the customer service opens and I have been standing here waiting for 30 minutes and no one has arrived. I asked multiple employees what's going on? They walk away saying I don't know.. so who is suppose to know? This is the worst service I have ever had in a Walmart.

Dont order delivery from here. Try instacart instead. Delivery I ordered today from here will be up to 6 hours late. Never again. You have lost a customer.

I don't hate this location. Cleanliness has been lifted a tad which is amazing. The one thing I feel as though needs to improve is the overall quality of service. I get it. Working retail SUCKS. I'm a fellow retail worker as well. Just try and be kind. Friendliness at this location is at a 2/10 for me. Again. I do not hate this location. I want it to improve ya know

I visit Walmart often but it seems like ALL but especially the garners ferry location and it seems that EVERYONE is sucking on SOUR LEMONS.. seems ANGRY...UNINTERESTED and CUST SERVICE is NON EXISTENT...they would step on u b4 saying...good morning..good evening..may I HELP U? and it's not just the associates..is the mgr's as well...but there are FEW and one particular...MYRON (electronics) that really makes u feel like he's there to help...I've seen him on one occasion the way he dealt exemplary cust serv with an older gentleman that was clearly confused just being in the store but trying to execute the use of a card (gift) and it just wouldn't go through...not once did his body language/facial expression added to this gentleman's obvious embarrassment...he voided of everything and continued with the next cust.that really struck a cord with me bcuz I'm a geriatric nurse in memory care and to see him exemplified that much patience makes me think he should be conducting "cust service "classes...THX U MYRON...

Came in to buy a computer and printer. Waited on line as people were buying food and school supplies in the electronic department. No cashiers up front. I identified the computer on display and the young rep informed me that the computer was unavailable. Out of stock. I have the impression that this Walmart is woefully understaffed and under trained.

I always have a positive experience when I visit the Wal-mart Supercenter. Quick and convenient and the customer service A+!

I would like to thank 2 amazing young ladies that did all they could to help my husband & I at Walmart. These ladies gave us the utmost respect, through their kindness, and generosity by providing us with VIP's customers service. Their genuine respect for human beings is impeccable & credibility a unique pair of amazing women. They truly care about their jobs & providing exceptional customer service. We have never received this kind of customer care in any Walmart. Their ability to show kindness & worked very hard. They gave us an experience that we will never forget. These true leaders represented Walmart on Garners Ferry, Columbia S.C., in such a professional way that I believe upper management needs to recognized what a genuine asset they are to the company. I would like to thank these amazing women,Team Leader, Shamique & Jacqueline in Customer Service, for an excellent job.Thank you so much for making us feel cared for & going over & beyond the call of duty.Keep smiling & continue to be who you are & may your upper management recognize the incredible potential of being more then what your job titles are. You are without a doubt great leader's & have so much more to offer in this world & you make Walmart truly a great experience.Thank you Rosa & Homer

let me preface this by saying i am disabled and left my cane at home by accident. i came in to the home and pharmacy expecting to find the electric carts, and i did find them, two of them. except neither was charged at all, and they both had the sign down that tells you it's done charging. so i was pretty frustrated and as i still had to shop here, i went to check the pharmacy entrance. i was in a lot of pain, so this was quite the task. about halfway through i stopped at customer service to ask if they had any regular wheelchairs and they said they didn't. so i got to the other side and there were no charged electric carts there either. my partner then had to go shopping by herself and i didn't have an option to help or not. an employee passed me and i asked if there was a manager i could talk to about a wheelchair and she said, "no. people have been stealing them so we don't have many left." i am very frustrated and kind of shocked at the ableism i'm experiencing that i haven't anywhere else. don't count on this store if you're disabled!!

Why can't I get into the garden center? Stopped by yesterday at 7AM, today at 8AM (this location opens at 6AM) - and both days, interior entrance doors from store to garden center have been locked with all lights off in garden center. I'm not talking about the exterior entrance - those doors have been locked since start of pandemic, totally get that. I asked the guy up front (I'm aware the door greeter probably isn't the most informed employee - but to be fair the customer service counter was ALSO closed and I couldn't find a single employee on the sales floor besides the 2 backed up cashiers) when I could get into the garden center and he told me to "check back later. " I don't think I will - I think I'm just going to take my d*** a** next door to Lowes like I should've done in the first place

Never have any available shopping carts and no employee trying to wrangle any. But the greeters have some propping up in them and offer no help when a customer is obviously struggling to find a cart!

I don't ever come here anymore because there is no quick in and out. Once again the were exactly like they were 12 months ago when I stop coming here. . There are 20 people in line with one. "That's right one register open". I can't want for Costco to come here!!!!!!!
