Lack of customer service. Pharm techs put “closed” sign up while I was walking up to the window (after being in line for 8 mins, which I understand the line). The tech looked at me while placing the sign, but didn’t say a word and ignored me.

Don’t come here. Prescription was sent at 8:30 am. Still not filled at 4:00pm. Go to another Walgreens. This is a pattern as this has happened before.

I don't know what happened to this Walgreens the pharmacy especially but the wait times are ridiculous I unfortunately am locked into this pharmacy and can't get my medicine anywhere else but at this pharmacy My insurance will not let me pick my medicine up anywhere so I have to go to Walgreens on two notch to get my medication if I try to get it at a different pharmacy they do not cover it I hate this pharmacy My wait times are always way way too long it's freaking ridiculous 30 minutes to an hour standing in line waiting to pick up medication that's been ready to be picked up if I could change pharmacies I would in a heartbeat.....

Think it’s time I found my family a new pharmacy bc if this is what Walgreens on two notch rd going to be like I’m done. Last few months they have been short of staff and their attitudes and frustration shows and if MS ROSEMARY going to be at that location I’m definitely not going to be visiting bc she was so rude and disrespectful my last visit and that made me come to do this review!!

I experienced the worst customer service ever here. Prescriptions were called in for my son, there was a simple typo (that they did) with his DOB. I was told to call the doctor to get the script reissued. While I was making the call the tech told me I needed to get out of the drive-through line or she would call the police on me. She then got her manager ( the pharmacist) and he told me he was going to call the police on me if I didn’t leave. These uniformed bums threatened to call the police on me for was picking a prescription and calling the doc office to confirm info they already knew. It was no need to even discuss the police, I didn’t raise my voice at them, I was very politely speaking to them. I patiently waited in line twice for almost a hour. They treated me like I was committing a crime. They were disrespectful, rude, and loud. The situation went from 0 to 100.They showed out like a bunch of wild hyenas and thats exactly what they looked like as well

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & DELAYED PRESCRIPTIONS!! A few weeks ago, I was told my prescription would be ready by 2 p.m. I got there after 5 p.m. and it wasn't ready. The rep said that it would be another 2-3 hours. As soon as I got home, 8 minutes later, I was notified that the prescription was ready. Today, I opted for express pickup to prevent another delay, but the prescription still wasn't ready. She told me to circle around. I got back to the window and it still wasn't ready. She asked me to drive around again, but I just left. 2 minutes later, I was notified that my prescription was ready. If they cared about customer service at all, she should have just let me wait since I had already circled around once. When I first arrived at Walgreens, the car at the window stayed there for 25 minutes. But, I was told to drive around (for the 2nd time!) for a 2 minute wait. Do yourself a favor and take your prescriptions elsewhere.

Pharmacy is a joke. The most disorganized and unprofessional personal I’ve ever encountered. It takes them hours to transfer pills from one bottle to another bottle. If I could rate less than 1 star I would.

Requested for a prescription to be filled here. Prescription was put in sometime during the morning. I showed up around 3:30 in the afternoon to pick up. I waited 30 mins in the drive thru only to be told the prescription wasn't ready. I go back the next day to pick up and wait in the drive thru for 40 mins. In fact, I'm still waiting as I type out this review. This has to be the worst pharmacy.

Sitting in the drive thru wondering why they aren't having people drive around to the back of the line if their prescription isn't ready? Why must everyone wait? Keep the line moving.

Always calling saying the prescription is ready and when u go to pick it up its not. Changed to the one in Sandhill with hopes of better customer service

People are rude.. lost keys to cabinet so couldn't purchase what I needed... Hard to find someone to help...
