I consistently get put on hold when I call. 30+min at a time. I have even had the occasion when they would just pick up and hang right back up after I have been on hold for 20+ min. I have been on hold and the auto prompt tells me I am the next caller, after 45min I drove to Walgreens, while still on the phone and found them to not be busy. What is the point of them telling us to call about a prescription for them not to even pick up the phone or just hang up on you. Y’all do what you want but I’m moving everyone to Publix, they actually pick up the phone!

Why isn’t this staffed better 12+ people in line every time I come making this over an hour just to pick up prescriptions. Walgreens certainly makes enough to pay these techs and pharmacists well. Pay them and hire them so the local community doesn’t have to wait an hour + every time they stop for a perscription .

Don't go to this location based off their online hours. I've been to this pharmacy three times and every time there was a paper sign taped to the window, saying the pharmacy was closed for whatever reason, so it's just a waste of time. If you can not consistently offer your pharmacy services, stop accepting prescriptions. People need their medication, and with you being so unreliable, it's hard for your customers to get the things they need. If you can't keep the pharmacy open at the designated hours, then just shut down the store completely and let us stop wasting our time. Absolutely terrible experience. I don't know what it is with the Walgreens pharmacies in this area, but every single one I have went to has been a complete pain and a waste of time. Just go to CVS.

The last two physician visits for family members lead to Rx's being filled at this Walgreens. In both cases, the pharmacy was unexpectedly closed because no pharmacist was on duty. Transferring these Rx's was problematic because of controlled substances (impossible) or out-of-stock at nearby locations. I would recommend avoiding Walgreens altogether because of their poor staffing and customer service (no manager or other employee did anything to help other than apologize and sympathize with my dilemma). When you need pharmacy, you REALLY need a pharmacy and Walgreens cannot be trusted with my family's health. In both of my cases (infection and post-op pain) "coming back tomorrow at 9:00 am" was not a viable option. Do yourself a favor and find a local pharmacist with whom you can develop a relationship and trust.

A Walgreens is a Walgreens but these guys are great at what they do. They are incredibly nice and helpful. They take their time with each customer to make sure they are receiving the services or product they need to get in and out as quickly as possible. They've done a great job reinforcing the COVID social distancing initiative which makes me feel comfortable when I'm heading in with my children by my side. The pharmacy is great when it comes to provide meds. I'm a military dude so I set up my shots and meds here and I've never came by and nothing wasn't readily available to fit my requirements. These guys are great and I literally drive from across town since I've moved because I stick with what I believe will be consistent almost "guaranteed" quality service every single time. Thanks and enjoy your day by choice. -Fitz

Rudest manager at Clemson road(Columbia SC). As I was buying thing for my 13 month old she didn't believe it was for my own baby. Kept insisting it was for my grandbaby! Rudest comment I've ever had from another woman, much less a MANAGER! Yes, I'm 40 and have fertility issues. So excuse me if I didn't get knocked up at 15!

The pharmacy is outstanding. Since absorbing Rite Aid customers they are doing the very best. The entire staff is helpful and constantly working. They always greet me. Very pleased with this store. Keep up the fantastic work.

Pharmacist is very rude and unprofessional. I'm a type one Diabetic and she refused to refill my prescription because she said I no more refills. They called me a week prior to see if I wanted it refilled! She told me her hands were tied and couldn't do anything. As far as she was concerned the conversation was over. This is a holiday weekend mind you, my Endo is closed. Then she told me to go to a doctors care! My Endo writes a scrip for 3 months, I go every 3 months. I have

As a Walgreens is a Walgreens is Walgreens (to paraphrase Gertrude Stein), all being the same, there is little sense in going into any detail as to inventory, because, unless a Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy, there are no distinctive differences in inventory. The only difference with this one, from my experience is professionalism, friendly politeness and helpfulness. I went here because I ran out of a certain pill due to being under a hurricane emergency evacuation order in Florida. So, they were able to and went through the process of retrieving my prescription records, contacting my insurance carrier for approval and suppling me with the necessary medication I was seeking. On this, I really felt that they went out of their way for me and in so doing showed empathy and understanding of what I was going through as being some sort of homeless hurricane refugee. For a Walgreens, the friendliness of the staff makes this one a 5 star as good as it gets.
