Was in he drive thru tonight at 8:45, sat there for 15 minutes, last car in line and after they served them, they turned the drive thru lights off and never even acknowledged me. I beeped my horn, but I am aware they have a camera so they clearly saw me. There was no cars behind me and I was baffled.

The pharmacy at this location is the absolute worst I’ve ever come across. Very messy and not organized. Prescriptions get “misplaced” and they scramble to figure it out. Avoid this place and go ANYWHERE else

OMG!!!!! This cannot be real!! I made an appt for a booster shot and Flu shot at 12:00 today. I arrived 10 minutes early, there are about 7 people waiting in the waiting area. No one is getting called but just for picking up medicines or drop off medicines. Well I asked the dreaded question, how behind are the shots? Not bad she will start calling people soon the nice girl at the counter answered. Good I'll just stay nearby since the waiting area is looking crowded. Then an elderly lady walks up veryyyy slowwwly and asked, ma'am how much longer before I get called for my shot? My appointment was at 11:00. It s now 12:20!!!!!poor grandma. And darn poor me and on my lunch break, which clearly will be a non eating extra time taking break. Why make appointments????????

This store has by far the WORST RAN Walgreen Pharmacy I've experienced in over 18 years. I scheduled for a COVID shot at 10am. By 10:30, someone who came after me scheduled for 10:30 was present and received their shot on schedule, in and out. I don't know if the pharmacist in charge is just a poor manager of his staff or lacks the ability to direct his staff to remain on schedule, but this was the worst display of service I've seen in a very long time. It may be a lack of proficiency from the rest of the staff as well. At the end of the day, i can confirm that the team at the front counter didn't even check online to see if my wife was in the system. They took a printout, confirmed her name wasn't there and treated her like someone new. I addressed the leadership and they did NOTHING for us. I am disappointed as a long time Walgreens shopper and won't be returning to this location. Woosahhhh!!!! Thanks for reading my review and enjoy your day by choice. -KFI

Once upon a time this drug store had absolutely wonderful people working there I don’t know what happen but now you have a 7-8 car wait in the drive through ( 30 -40 min wait ) and it is obvious that they don’t have enough people working, it is a shame.

Don't waste your timeaking an appointment to get a vaccine. These people are a joke. You make an appointment online then you still have to wait in line, then wait another 30 minutes to fill out paperwork like you didn't just do it online.

Mistakes by 2 Walgreens pharmacy employees resulted in me having to drive an extra 26 miles to remedy their error. No compensation for the mileage, or even a mere return call from the manager. AVOID this location (9001 Two Notch Rd) under its current management.
