“I have yet to meet a team this empathetic & personable. Don't think I even knew what a vet clinic should feel like until I found Dr. Ng & her staff, who did an incredible job with my fearful senior pup (blood draw from hell lol). They were amazing, patient from start to finish & actually raised the bar unmatched. You don't get rushed in & out of your appointment or brushed aside like another number, these awesome ladies actually care, left there mindblown & so grateful for them.

“You’d find it truly difficult to find a better care team for your dogs and cats. I was referred to Doctor Weber by a gentleman I worked with when I got my first puppy almost 20 years ago. One of her vet techs at the time was from Germany, and actually knew about the rare German gun dog that I found. They have kept my 3 Wachtelhund’s healthy and happy, and saved the rescue tom cat from urinary tract disease.
Not to mention she hires the sweetest people;

They took such incredible care of my pup, listened to my concerns, gave me helpful insight, and worked tirelessly to get to the bottom of her issue. “Drs Joe and Erin Tremier, the other vets in their practice, as well as their staff members are some of the kindest, most compassionate people I’ve ever dealt with. They’re great, knowledgeable doctors I always knew I could trust. I’ve been taking my dogs to Ambassador Animal Hospital since before they bought the clinic, and stayed with them because I liked them so much. The staff is equally as competent and kind. This week, Dr Joe had to put my precious Schauzer down because she was old and sick. With Covid procedures, I couldn’t go into the office with my dog, had to leave her for him to work her in. He didn’t string me out, examined her and called me promptly to verify what I had felt, that it was time to let her go. He couldn’t have been kinder as I cried on the phone asking him to help her go to sleep. I received the kindest card from the clinic with a personal note from Dr Joe.Not sure I’ll get another dog, but if I do, I will certainly go back to this practice.”
“Dr Erin Trimmier is an exceptionally good veterinary doctor. She is compassionate, extremely patient oriented, caring and highly proficient in animal care. She has a wonderful rapport with owners, listens to and addresses their concerns and keeps owners informed. She treats all animals as if they were her own. Her clinic, Ambassador Animal Hospital, is second to none. I trust her judgement and skills implicitly. I highly recommend her. This recommendation is based not only on past visit to her clinic but on the extraordinary steps she recently took to save our family cat, a process she was personally involved in everyday over the Christmas holiday. “I will never take my pets anywhere else unless they are closed. They have taken such good care of our Kevlar for several years. We moved from Michigan and were worried we wouldn’t find a vet we loved. The entire staff here are honest and so caring. They don’t push expensive things on you. They kept Kevlar clam and comfortable when we had to put him down. We have another young pup who we will be transferring all vet care over to them. Love you all!”
“We’ve been members for about 5 years now. The vets are always so friendly to my babies. The dogs hate the vet so it at least makes it more manageable that the staff is great and so friendly to them.
An added bonus, should an emergency arise, they really try to work you in immediately. Last week, I called at 3:53 pm with an emergency and they got me in at 4:30pm same day. Great vet place! Highly recommend”
“This is the first time I have used the Care-A-Van at this location and the experience was amazing, the wait was minimal, staff was helpful and friendly, my pet was vaccinated and we were headed home quickly. “My dog Lottie , has had every vet visit since 6 weeks old w the nice folks at the greenlawn clinic. The ladies here are super good w animals and I’ve never encountered anyone rude or impatient. They will let you walk your dog to the door if your pet is very anxious. They have all their services and appointments on line so you know exactly your options. They are so reasonable priced I quit giving my pup flea and tick treatments myself and take her here for 20$ for 3 months ! And it works she does not bite and scratch at herself at all after about 12 hours. I was paying double that and she still got an occasional flea. Can’t say enough good stuff about these professionals!”
