Terrible customer service. They bame their own technology for making customers wait, not willing to address issues, and will not help each other. All while leaving the custoner in limbo and acting as if the customer is should not expect better treatment. The environment in the store seemed very toxic.

The hours were incorrect for Sunday. My Pop sat out for a half hour before someone decided to answer his knocks to tell him at the door they don’t open until 1100.Note, the comment made by the rep was “I DON’T CARE WHAT THE COMPUTER AAYAWE OPEN AT 1100!!”

The Verizon on Killian is by far the best Verizon store I have ever been in. The customer service is top notch. My mother recently lost her phone and Hunter took great care of her. There was no wait, and Hunter went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up properly. The store on Two Notch should take lessons or be closed permanently.

Tony at the Killian Road store in Columbia, SC did an outstanding job walking me through the process of choosing a phone to meet my needs. All of my data and apps were transferred without any problems. He was very patient and answered all of my questions.

I cannot express how knowledgeable Christian was when it came down to helping me with my new phone. I couldn't remember passwords or nothing but he came to my rescue and he even transferred all my information onto my new phone he's been a blessing to me.

I went to this store around 11am. Jennifer was the one assisting me. I noticed it was her lunch break and she did not hesitate to put her lunch away to help me. Great customer services and very personable. I was in and out in under an hour with buying a new phone and apple watch! I recommend this location for assistance!

Our family has used this store for a decade and bought numerous phones. We will not use this store anymore. We had a SIM card go bad in an iPhone and they wouldn’t test a new one in the phone and instead said ‘it’s an iPhone problem… we need to buy a new phone.’ We will be using the company store from now on instead of this one. The company store on two notch provided a new SIM card no questions asked for free and the phone now works perfectly. They have lost our business.

I went here to upgrade my phone. Jennifer was my rep that got me situated and y’all she is amazing. Not only did she assist me with getting a new phone but we had a really inspiring & encouraging conversation that I’m sure she didn’t even know I needed. My TracPhone stopped working today so I decided to give Verizon a shot, I am so glad I did. Andrae went above and beyond to get my number ported from TracPhone to Verizon. Also, Jennifer gets kudos for helping us get it all done. What a great crew and a great experience. Thanks to all of you. I would highly recommend going to see them for your next phone!

Bought a brand new Samsung phone for my son. The experience was great. We were in and out. The sales person didn't haggle, showed us what we wanted, completed the transaction, bought a bunch of accessories and were out of there in no time.Perfect experience! As long as there is no haggling, I'll keep coming back here.
