The people that work at this Verizon is a very bad look to the company! Everytime ive went in there im told “its nothing i can do call customer service!”but they are quick to try to get a sale and F? up a bill… I went in there not a one customer in there the professionalism was awful and i left out with the same problem i came in with!!!! SMDH customers alway told to call 1-800# im not on Verizon pay roll

It’s not the store it’s the people you hire. I came in with a real issue and I was down played… he had no clue what so ever. Dressed to impress but no help at all…

I'm actually giving no stars to this store. They are not at all helpful and very rude. My husband thought he lost his AirPods, went to this store and bought new ones. He found his old ones when he got home, went back within an hour to return the new ones and was told they cannot accept returns on Apple AirPods. He was never told they could not be returned. We contacted Apple and Verizon, both confirmed this not to be the case. They still will not allow the return and they are just rude about it. I am currently working with Verizon to resolve, but I will absolutely never go to this store again.

I went to Verizon Wednesday and had an appointment with Wes.
I bought a new phone and Wes transferred data and stayed over an hour.
Wes was very professional and attentive.
We had a very good experience.

Terrible customer service. They bame their own technology for making customers wait, not willing to address issues, and will not help each other. All while leaving the custoner in limbo and acting as if the customer is should not expect better treatment. The environment in the store seemed very toxic.

The hours were incorrect for Sunday. My Pop sat out for a half hour before someone decided to answer his knocks to tell him at the door they don’t open until 1100.Note, the comment made by the rep was “I DON’T CARE WHAT THE COMPUTER AAYAWE OPEN AT 1100!!”

The Verizon on Killian is by far the best Verizon store I have ever been in. The customer service is top notch. My mother recently lost her phone and Hunter took great care of her. There was no wait, and Hunter went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up properly. The store on Two Notch should take lessons or be closed permanently.

Tony at the Killian Road store in Columbia, SC did an outstanding job walking me through the process of choosing a phone to meet my needs. All of my data and apps were transferred without any problems. He was very patient and answered all of my questions.

I cannot express how knowledgeable Christian was when it came down to helping me with my new phone. I couldn't remember passwords or nothing but he came to my rescue and he even transferred all my information onto my new phone he's been a blessing to me.
