As a “old school” senior citizen, I was fearful of an iPhone upgrade (mine was a 6); but I knew it was necessary. Maddy was so patient taking her time to show and explain all options to me, including Verizon services and pricing, while making sure I understood everything. I left with an iPhone 15 (with everything transferred from my old phone) and a more comprehensive data plan confident in my decision and in my knowledge of the new phone. It was the best retail experience I’ve had in a long time.

Do not shop with this authorized retailer. Go to a corporate store instead. Just discovered we were offered 5g home internet when our address does not qualify for the 5g speeds. A year of resetting the wifi daily. Complete waste of time and money. I have already reported this transcretion to corporate.

Quincy resolve my I-Phone video dilemma effectively professionally and pleasantly. I had taken 10 different videos during a weekend event recently but was unable to e-mail any of them. Utilizing Drop-Box he put all of the into one folder which I was then able to e-mail to a colleague who is assembling a report of the event to send to hundreds of individuals. This was a complicated and multi-step process to accomplish. Verizon is very very fortunate to have Quincy as an essential member of its team.

My son and I went in to this location to get new cases for our phones. Unfortunately, our phones were old enough they no longer carried the ones we needed. The sales associate we spoke with explained the situation with our phones being too old to get the appropriate cases to us and then helped us find them online. While I didn't get anything here, the customer service was excellent. When I comes time to get a new phone, I will definitely be going to this location.

Anthony was our Christmas Angel! I ordered a gizmo watch online (for our 9yr old son’s “Santa gift”) and was told it would be delivered on 12/23, however about 8pm that night, I was informed that it wouldn’t be delivered until 12/26 or later. I called another Verizon store who got me in touch with Anthony’s store and he saved Christmas for me. He could hear the sadness and tears in my voice and quickly worked to make it right. Not only did he find us a watch but he find us an Apple Watch for free and was able to lower our monthly bill!! Anthony is an outstanding person and I am truly thankful for what he did. I will continue to do business with him.

Anthony Johnson was so wonderful so helpful. He is so knowledgeable and so eager to help. I did not have an appointment- just walked in and he stopped what he was doing and had me all good in a few minutes. I would recommend Anthony to anyone who needs good help and good customer service.

Horrible service. One worker for the whole store. He actually sits smoking his vape like he is cool trying to make friends. Sat there 3 hours changing services...guy says it may 24 hours to work. Waited 72 hours didn't work. Went back to the store this guy takes hours with another customer eventually we just left to try another store. H
